The goulash soup was the standout—rich, hearty, exactly what I needed on a chilly evening. Portions are generous, no complaints there. Service was friendly but a bit slow; we waited a good while for the mains. Still, the heated terrace made the wait bearable. Solid spot if you're not in a rush.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety, everything fresh and tasty. Portions were generous too. Staff were friendly and even made our dog feel welcome, which I appreciated. It's a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. The seating was comfortable, so we didn't feel rushed.

Came for lunch, got the midday menu. Food was solid Greek, staff friendly enough. Free welcome and goodbye drinks were a nice touch.

Went here twice in one trip, that says enough. Schnitzel was solid, crispy, not greasy. Place has that old-school German feel, wooden tables, kinda dark but in a good way. Service was fine, nothing crazy. If you want real local food without tourist fuss, this works.

Solid food, well plated, flavors on point. Service was friendly and quick. Not the easiest spot to find, but worth the effort.

Solid burger spot near the Frauenkirche. Patty came exactly medium-rare, juicy without being messy. Beer list had some good local picks. Prices are a bit steep, but you're paying for the location.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a hot day. Big shaded beer garden under the trees, that's the main draw. Menu's mostly veggie/vegan. Had the flatbread with three sauces, pretty fresh. Brussels sprout casserole looked good too. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something light.

Great wine list to match the pasta—our server knew exactly what to suggest. Sat outside on a warm evening, pretty relaxed vibe. Food was solid, though the tiramisu ran out early.

Used our voucher for the three-course dinner. The salmon was fresh and nicely cooked, portion just right. Got a bit loud later on, but the terrace view made it worth it.

The stone-baked pizza was solid, crust crispy and chewy just right. Tiramisu pretty good too. Place is tiny though, so better book a table before coming.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Roast goose was solid, properly cooked and not dry. Menu is short, which I appreciate. Prices are fair for what you get. Staff didn't hover but were quick when I needed something. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Pizza was solid for the price, 10-14€ for a 28cm one. Honestly, better than I expected. Great spot to grab a casual dinner with friends, we just shared a few and hung out for a while. Not fancy, but you don't need that here. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Coffee was solid, pastries even better. Small place, a few steps at the door—bit tricky if you've got mobility issues. Still, worth it for the quality.

The currywurst itself was decent, but the sauce didn't have much kick. Wednesday special with a drink is a fair deal though.

Food came fast on that little rollercoaster – pretty fun. Staff helped us out when we were rushing for the train. Solid stop if you're nearby.

Stopped by for breakfast while in Dresden. Food was solid, staff friendly enough. Prices felt a bit steep for what you get though. Had the scrambled eggs and coffee, did the job. Place was pretty busy but we got a table right away. Not sure I'd go out of my way again, but it's fine if you're nearby.

Solid veal schnitzel. Rooftop view of the Elbe was the highlight. Staff helped with the menu in English.

Loved the cozy interior and relaxed vibe here. Cocktails were decent, though a couple came out a bit too sweet for me. Staff were nice, just a little slow when it got busy.

Solid Vietnamese place in the Altstadt. Had the fried rice with roasted pork and the pho with three beefs — both tasty, not oily. Hit the spot on a cold day.

The salad I had was incredibly fresh—greens still crisp, dressing light. You can tell they care about ingredients here. Menu changes often, which I like. Cheese selection caught my eye too, even took a small piece home. Nice spot if you're into simple, clean flavors.

The mango curry chicken was the standout. Rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and the chicken was properly tender. I ordered it with rice and that was it. Didn't really pay attention to anything else around me. The sauce had a nice depth to it, not just one-note sweetness. Portion was decent for the price. I'd come back just for that dish again.

The beer garden itself is cozy enough, but ordering was a bit chaotic. Fine for a casual after-work drink, though I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Walked in without a reservation, hostess still squeezed us in. Got the schnitzel, portion was huge. Sauce was a bit salty but the meat itself was tender. Place was busy but we didn't feel rushed. Fine for a spontaneous dinner.

Been coming here for years now. The beer garden is still my favorite spot, right on the Elbe. Food is what you'd expect, solid Saxon stuff, nothing fancy. Had the pork knuckle last time, crispy skin, good portion. Staff remembers me, which says something. Gets busy on weekends, but that's fine.

Been coming here for a while now. Burgers are solid, nothing fancy, but they hit the spot. Sweet potato fries were crispy again today, just how I like them. For the price in Dresden, you can't really complain. Quick lunch stop, no fuss. That's why I keep coming back.
