Food was solid, especially the grilled salmon. Service was quick and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the area. Good spot for a business lunch.

The pancakes were so fluffy! A cute little spot for a sweet breakfast.

The Blondie Burger was solid, and the home-cut fries were generous. A nice local IPA on tap paired really well with it.

The mussels were fresh, and the frites were solid. Good portion for the price.

The almond croissant was the standout. Flaky, buttery layers with a generous filling of marzipan that wasn't too sweet. It paired perfectly with a simple, strong americano. A solid choice for a quick morning bite.

A nice selection of gluten-free options here. The pastries are always fresh, which is important to me.

The owner always says hi, which makes it feel like a friendly neighbourhood spot. Perfect for catching up with friends.

A nice quiet spot away from the bustle. The matcha latte was fantastic—creamy and not too sweet. I appreciated that the server suggested a light white wine that would have paired well, even for a midday visit. Service was friendly and unhurried.

Helpful staff. Asked what I liked, gave solid suggestions. Even brought cold water on a hot day. Coffee was good.

Great coffee, and the patio is ideal for people-watching. The vibe here is just right for a relaxed afternoon.

The service here is a real standout. Jack, Taylor, Molly, and Ashley were all fantastic—attentive without being overbearing. They had great suggestions for wine pairings with our courses, which made the evening flow so well. A genuinely pleasant team.

Nice little spot on the way to the Sooke campgrounds. I really liked the relaxed vibe here, it was just a comfortable place to sit and eat. The food was good and the prices were fair.

Decent spot, especially if you're catching the ferry. The free parking is a big plus. Food was pretty good, though the service felt a bit slow that evening.

The home-style pork belly stew was spot on, tender and rich. Service was quick and friendly. A solid, no-fuss meal that didn't break the bank.

Sausage rolls were fantastic. Pastry was perfect. Grabbed a quick bite before the ferry. Butter croissants were solid too.

Had the chicken cordon bleu on the patio here. The chicken was really fresh and juicy, and you could tell the ham was good quality. A solid, simple dish. The side salad was crisp, which I always appreciate. A nice spot for a straightforward meal.

The sausage rolls really stood out - the crust was so flaky it practically melted. And that pretzel pizza with sausage? Unexpectedly good combo. Definitely coming back for those two.

Had a decent lunch here. The samosas were pretty good, and I enjoyed the lentil soup. The owner was friendly when he came by our table. A nice, low-key spot for a casual meal.

Had the Persian koobideh wrap and Aash soup. Flavors were authentic, tasted like what I had in Tehran. Solid lunch spot near the office. Wrap was a bit on the small side for the price, but convenient.

The breakfast is really something. That three-egg benny with their homemade hollandaise sauce? It’s the star. The staff makes you feel so at home, honestly.

Love this spot for getting some work done. The Wi-Fi is solid and there’s always a table free. Modern feel, but still cozy. My go-to for a quiet afternoon with my laptop.

The gluten-free menu is a lifesaver for me. I always get the grilled salmon with quinoa salad—the fish is so fresh, and you can tell the veggies are just prepped. It's nice to have a place where I don't have to worry.

The soup selection is really good. I tried the creamy mushroom and the spicy lentil, both were solid. The space feels cozy with those big windows and wooden tables. A nice spot to just sit and relax.

The eggs were cooked exactly medium, just how I like them. That's a detail a lot of places miss. For the price, the portion with the hash was really generous. Got me in and out in under half an hour, which was great for a weekday.

Butternut squash risotto was incredible. The jerk chicken looked good too. But that guava cheesecake... we're still talking about it. Just wow.
