Food’s solid and the price is fair. Staff were friendly, didn’t rush me. Only catch is they’re cash only, so come prepared. Had the daily special, came out quick and hot. Fine spot for a no-fuss lunch.

Stopped by for a kriek and honestly the selection is solid. Had the framboise, it was fresh and not too sweet. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening though. Fine if you just want a quiet beer earlier.

The €38 set lunch is solid, that beef cheek croquette was the highlight for sure. Good spot to catch up with friends over a longer meal.

The Doppio was solid, pulled just right. Americano too, actually. Staff were friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Toilets were clean, always a plus in my book. Place has a certain calm to it, hard to describe. Just felt comfortable sitting there with my coffee, watching the street. Nothing fancy, but it worked for me.

The espresso here is genuinely good — proper Italian style, not the watery stuff you often get. I sat near the window and the light was nice, made the whole place feel warmer. Tiramisu was solid too, though the seating got a bit cramped after a while. Still, a decent spot in Leuven if you just want a quiet coffee.

Stopped by for breakfast and the staff actually made it feel like a proper start to the day. Not rushed, just friendly. The menu’s got plenty of options, and the homemade vibe comes through in the food. Easy to sit and take your time. Only thing is it got a bit busy later on, but that’s on me for lingering.

The pistachio pancakes were the reason I stopped in and yeah, they didn't disappoint. Really flavorful, cooked just right. Coffee's decent overall, though my cappuccino was a bit all over the place. Still, I'd grab those pancakes again if I'm in the area. 👍

The waffles are solid—crispy outside, soft inside. I went right at opening and a couple of the specialty flavors weren't ready yet. Staff told me straight away instead of letting me wait around. Appreciated that. Good spot if you're nearby and want a proper Belgian waffle without the fuss.

Food's always fresh and they've got solid vegan options. Cozy little spot, kinda retro inside. Good for a quick bite when you're in the area.

Stumbled onto this place and the agave spirit list is seriously impressive. Tried a few things I'd never heard of and the bartender knew exactly how to guide me. Hidden back bar is a nice touch too, feels like a secret. Only wish the cocktails weren't quite so pricey, but you're paying for the quality.

The pastel de nata here is spot on—crispy layers and that custard still warm. Interior feels properly Portuguese too. Service was quick, no complaints.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast before the museums. The place has that Parisian bistro vibe, pretty charming. Had the croque madame — decent size, cheese was nicely melted. Service was friendly without hovering. Coffee was fine, nothing fancy. Slightly on the pricier side for what it is, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Solid choice if you're in the area.

Service was fast, no doubt. We were in and out in like 30 minutes during the lunch rush. Got our menus, food, and the bill without any lag. Honestly, that's all I needed before heading back out to see more of the city. Food was decent too, but the speed really stood out.

Fresh spot with a solid veggie selection. Terrace was quiet enough to actually enjoy the meal. Food came out decently quick but I can see it getting busy later.

The terrace really is lovely. Sat outside and just felt the whole vibe click. Food was good too. Service kept up with everything. Only thing, it got a bit busy later on, but that's fine. Nice spot to just sit and take your time.

Cozy little place, food was decent and portions fair for what you pay. Staff friendly enough. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Been coming here for months now. The pistachio croissant still hits the spot every time - flaky, not too sweet. Coffee's consistent too, which is rare in the EU Quarter. Staff manage the rush pretty well.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly the free bread alone makes it worth sitting down. Portion size was decent for what you pay, not huge but fair. I had the pasta and left full without feeling ripped off. Place gets a bit busy around noon though, so grab a window seat if you can.

Came here for a quick lunch, sat outside. Food was fresh, lots of flavor in the curry. Staff friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Portions are on the smaller side though, I was still a bit hungry after. Fine if you're not starving, but don't expect a huge plate.

Solid spot for a quick breakfast with friends. The pastries were fresh and the vibe was chill enough to hang around for a while. Service was friendly too.

Simple brasserie, decent food for the price. Service was efficient, no complaints. Good spot if you need a quick meal without fuss.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes and the reasonable prices at this restaurant. The ambiance is classy, and the service was friendly, making it a place I would definitely recommend.
