Been going here for years. The new owners are doing a good job. They put on family stuff now, which is nice for the neighbourhood. Had a wood-fired pizza last week, proper tasty.

The breakfast buffet is a steal. They make the eggs to order, which is a nice touch. The house coffee was a bit weak for my taste though.

Been coming here for years to catch the game. It's always busy, good crowd. The screens are decent, sound's clear. Gets a bit loud when the home team scores, but that's part of it. A solid local for sports.

The coffee is fantastic, easily the best I've had in Newmarket. The owners are lovely and always have a smile, which makes stopping by feel really nice. A very comfortable spot for a quiet cuppa.

The vegan fish and chips are spot on! The batter is so light and crispy. A really nice spot for a chill coffee too.

Popped into Lottie's for a coffee. The pink decor inside and out is so cute, really brightens the place up. You can tell the owner puts her heart into it, service is always spot on. A nice little find.

The halloumi salad was pretty good, as always. The staff are lovely and make it a pleasant visit. The portion felt a bit small for the price this time, but it's still a decent spot.

Been grabbing breakfast here for years. The breakfast sandwich is spot on, and it's right by the station so I can dash in and out. Coffee's always good and hot. A bit pricey these days, but you're paying for the location.

Fish and chips always fresh and hot here. Portions are generous. The vinegar and salt on the fish is a nice touch. It's my reliable spot for a quick, filling meal after work. Good value for the price.

The staff here are so lovely. They remembered my name from my last visit a few months ago, which was a really nice touch. Makes it feel like a proper local spot.

A bit of a climb to get in, but the lighting was just right—soft and warm. Felt instantly cosy. The cocktails were lovely, and my pasta dish was simple but done perfectly. A nice spot for a quiet evening.

Been coming here for years, and their burger night is the reason. Always the same quality - those patties are clearly handmade, never frozen. It’s just a solid, reliable spot for a good burger and a pint.

Been coming here for years. The service is always polite and helpful, never lets you down.

Tareq was super helpful letting me try a few flavours. The pistachio gelato was really refreshing on a hot day. Quick service too, perfect for a fast treat.

A nice, cosy spot. The music is pleasant and they have daily papers, so it's a relaxing place for a meal. The atmosphere is pretty good. It was a decent lunch break.

The vintage decor here is lovely, really cozy with all the mismatched china. A nice spot to unwind over a pot of tea. The scones were a bit dry, but the clotted cream was good.

The salmon and cream cheese on granary bread was spot on. Simple, fresh, and really hit the spot. Paired it with a crisp white wine from their short list, which worked a treat. Just a shame the coffee afterwards was a bit weak.

Found this spot on a busy street. Had the special – a lovely, light pasta. Just what I needed for a quiet lunch. Service was relaxed, maybe a bit slow, but it fit the mood. Nice little find.

The waffle was so light and fluffy, with just the right amount of Nutella. The strawberries were fresh, not too sweet. The staff were really nice about swapping the syrup for me, even though it wasn't on the menu. A lovely little treat.

Nice spot for a casual bite. The atmosphere is clean and simple, very welcoming. Had their house red with the pasta - a solid, unpretentious pairing that hit the spot. Just a comforting, straightforward meal.

The restaurant has a great ambience with fresh and delicious food, comfortable seating, and friendly staff, making it a perfect spot for a meal.

Been coming here for years. It's a proper little hideaway down the lane. Their milkshake is the real deal - thick, not too sweet. Always hits the spot. Prices are fair for what you get.

The lamb shank was cooked for hours, just fell off the bone. The gravy was rich and thick, perfect with the mash. Really hit the spot on a cold day.

A quiet spot away from the tourist crowds. No music, just the sound of the street. Had the lamb tagine, it was solid, good portion. A bit pricey for what it is, but you're paying for the peace.

That Nasi Goreng at lunch was just the right kind of comforting. The flavours were spot on, and it felt like a proper, cosy meal. A bit of a wait for it, but honestly, it hit the spot.

Popped in for a quick bite. The panini was lightly toasted, just how I like it. Simple and tasty. Staff were nice and the place is clean. Good for a light lunch.
