Lovely spot for a quiet evening. The staff were genuinely friendly and chatty, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and easy. I found a comfy corner seat and just enjoyed the music. A really nice, low-key place.

The pistachio milk cake was the standout. Really creamy, with a nice crunch from the nuts. The mochi was good too, chewy and not too sweet. A solid spot for a sweet treat.

Came in for dinner. The haddock was the standout. Fresh, flaky, perfectly cooked. Everything else was good, but that fish was next level.

A decent Wetherspoon's with a proper pub feel. I like the booths and the fireplace. Food is straightforward but arrives hot, service is friendly. It does get very busy on match days though, so timing is key if you want a booth.

The roast beef was exactly what I wanted. Tender, with a rich gravy that had depth. The Yorkshire pudding was light and crisp. Just a solid, comforting plate of food.

Love that they make so much in-house. You can really taste the freshness in the ingredients. Feels like a proper neighbourhood spot.

Their granary sandwiches are a real winner. The bread is thick and nutty, and they pack it with fillings. Had the tuna and coleslaw today – really hit the spot.

Solid family breakfast spot. Food's consistently good, the team makes you feel welcome. My kids' pancakes were spot on, not too sweet. Coffee's decent. It's a reliable choice when you just want a hassle-free morning out.

Power cut halfway through, but they brought out lanterns and kept things calm. Food still came out fresh and tasty.

Decent pub food at fair prices. The curry was pretty good, a reliable choice for a quick dinner. Service was fine, though a bit slow when they got busy.

The food's solid, and the wine list has some decent, affordable options that pair well. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Mixed grill platter is massive, perfect for sharing. Lamb kebabs were the highlight, really tasty. Got it for a quick lunch, they got it out fast. Good portion for the price.

The 2 for £14.99 deal is a solid find. Food was tasty, though the portions were a bit on the small side.

Stopped in for a coffee. Their cinnamon bun was the real deal—soft, gooey, and not too sweet. Mocha was solid. Place feels a bit plain, but the bun alone is worth the stop.

Good spot for a quick bite. The staff were friendly and efficient, no fuss. Appreciated the vegan banana and carrot cake option, solid choice. Dog-friendly policy is a plus for convenience.

Lovely spot for a warm afternoon. The outdoor seating is pleasant, and it's nice they're dog-friendly. The live music adds a decent vibe. Could do with a few more shaded tables, though.

Popped in for a midweek pint and a bite. The fish and chips were solid—crispy batter, proper chips. Service was friendly and quick, which is just what you want on a Tuesday. A reliable spot when you can't be bothered to cook.

The restaurant has a 'buzz' and people looked happy. This is the second time I've been and the atmosphere has been great both times. There is nothing better than full tables to give you confidence you've chosen the right place to eat. The waiting staff were working very hard. They were all brilliant. They were polite, knowledgeable, very personable but also very professional. We were an eclectic bunch of friends and our tastes varied from fish and chips, through sea bass, vegetable curry to Aubergine Gratin. Everything was delicious, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. We rounded the meal off with deserts - pavlova and fruit crumble - ten out of ten was one comment! All in all it was a brilliant occasion.

Popped in on a Friday afternoon for a solo pint. The vibe was just right for a quiet wind-down, really relaxed. Drinks menu had some interesting local ales I hadn't seen before. A solid local spot.

Service was quick, staff were friendly. The dumplings were clearly handmade and tasted great. But for the portion size, the price felt a bit steep.
