Stopped by after the ownership change—breakfast was solid, but lunch surprised me more. Menu feels fresher, not the same old stuff. Also noticed they’re open some evenings now, which is handy. Glad I gave it another shot.

The waffles with toppings on the side were such a smart move—everything stayed crispy. Nice quiet spot in the middle of the city.

The cream puffs are still good, and I like that they keep a few savory options around. Place has a bit of an old-school feel. Dogs allowed too, which is a plus for us locals.

Coffee’s solid here—proper Lavazza, which I appreciate. Easy to find in the center, decent spot for a slow morning. Would’ve liked a bigger cup though.

Been coming here for a while now, and that catfish fillet with smoked salmon mousse and Dutch shrimp still gets me every time. Place is always buzzing, but that's part of the charm honestly. Friendly crowd, no fuss. Just solid food done right. Maybe not the spot if you want a quiet dinner, but I keep coming back for that dish.

Been coming here for years, the cakes are always solid. Upstairs seating is a nice bonus when the ground floor fills up. Coffee's consistent too.

The cake display at the counter is really well done—you pick your slice and they bring it over. Viennese apple cake and rum cake were both solid picks.

Service was decent — even when it started pouring, they stayed friendly and sorted everything out. Food came out quick too. Pretty good spot.

Been coming here for years - the marzipan selection never disappoints. Staff remembers regulars, which says a lot. Only issue is deciding what to grab, too many good options honestly.

Got the coconut vanilla latte with oat milk — nice switch from my usual flat white. Glad they actually have proper milk alternatives here. Coffee was solid, nothing crazy but I'd come back.

The Dutch cherry cake was solid—moist, not too sweet. Cozy little spot on a side street, staff friendly enough. Self-service, but that's fine for a quick coffee stop.

Stopped here for a coffee before my train and honestly the interior is so pretty 😍 stained glass and all. Latte was fine, nothing crazy, but the vibe makes it worth it. Bit busy around rush hour though.

The pour-over was fresh and well-balanced, not too acidic. Nice that they sell their own beans too, picked up a bag for home.

The apple cake is still as good as the first time I had it. Staff remembers regulars, which says a lot. Place gets busy but they never rush you out.

Stopped by for afternoon tea on a weekday. Terrace is nice, seats are comfortable. Got the chocolate cake — portion was generous, not overly sweet. Service was friendly enough, no complaints there. Price felt fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The seating was really comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day. Staff were friendly without hovering. I had a slice of their homemade cake and it was soft, not too sweet. Place felt calm and unhurried. Only thing is the coffee took a little while to come, but it was fine. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

Waffle was massive, easily enough for two. Had the plum compote and Belgian chocolate one—solid choice. Place looks modern inside, prices fair for the portion.

The apple pie was spot-on, and they paired nicely with a solid espresso. Service was grumpy, but the pastries make it worth stopping in.

Nice outdoor seating, and they actually have bike parking. Easy stop if you're cycling through. Sat outside for a bit, decent spot to rest.
