The seating area is pretty cramped, but the food was solid and cheap. Nothing fancy, just a decent spot for a quick bite.

The chicken doner with homemade bread was good—bread tasted fresh, meat was sliced a bit thick though. Sauces could use more punch.

Nice spot by the fountain, good view of the gardens. Interior's modern, pretty comfy. Staff were friendly enough, made me feel welcome. Food was decent, nothing crazy but solid. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the setting kinda makes up for it. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for a drink and the service really stood out. Bartender noticed we were new and took time to explain a few options. Nice relaxed vibe, not too loud. One of the better places I've been to in the area lately.

Service was friendly and quick, which I really appreciated. The cakes are consistently good, and the drinks too. Only thing is, sometimes it depends on which server you get. But for a relaxed afternoon stop, it works well. I’d come back for the coffee and a slice of cake.

The cappuccino was lovely and that chocolate chip ice cream? Honestly the best I've had in ages. Such a good little find on the promenade 😊

Big schnitzel, crispy and well-seasoned. Service stayed friendly even when the place got busy. Solid honest cooking.

Been coming here for years. Owner still runs the place himself, you can tell. Meat's always fresh, bread's warm. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Had the lamb kebab today, plenty of sauce, just messy enough. Solid spot if you're in the area and want a proper one.

Good mix of burgers and pasta, drinks looked solid too. Bartender took time to translate the whole German menu for us, which saved the night. Appreciated that.

Stumbled into this village pub and honestly it felt like stepping back in time. Had the hearty roast and it was proper comfort food. Staff were friendly, no fuss. It gets busy, so booking ahead is smart. Just wish they had more veggie options, but I'd still go back.

The Flammkuchen here was really good, and the beer list had some nice options. Service was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but overall a decent spot.

The owner actually came by our table to check if everything was alright. That kind of attention feels rare. Food was solid, nothing crazy but satisfying. Place itself is a bit cramped though, tables are close together. Fine for a quick meal, just don't expect much privacy. I'd come back if I'm in the area and want something easy.

Big portions. Like, really big. Got the schnitzel, couldn’t finish it. Took half home, ate it for breakfast. Pub vibe is a bit dated but whatever. Food’s solid, staff were friendly enough.

The pastries are homemade, fillings made fresh. They look gorgeous and have this perfect crisp. Staff was super friendly, gave me good tips on what to try. A bit pricey, but you can taste the quality.

The burgers are huge, definitely enough to share. Place has a nice vibe for just hanging out with friends over drinks.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s still my go-to spot for hanging out with friends. The vibe is chill, nothing fancy, just good beer and easy conversation. We grabbed a table outside and ended up staying way longer than planned 😅 Service was a bit slow at first, but honestly didn’t care.

Sushi was decent, hot food mostly fried stuff. Place was clean, staff friendly enough. Fine for a quick lunch if you're nearby. Not gonna rave about it, but it did the job.

Stopped by for coffee and a slice of cheesecake. The cake was fresh, not too sweet, just right. Staff were friendly, didn't rush me even though it was busy. Place has a nice relaxed vibe, good for sitting around. Only thing, the cappuccino came a bit lukewarm. Still, decent spot for a quiet afternoon.

The schnitzel was solid and portions are generous, no doubt. But man, the drinks really push the bill up. Fine for a treat, just don't make it a regular thing.

The ice cream flavors are solid, tried the salted caramel and pistachio. Both were good. But you order at the counter and get plastic cups and wooden spoons. For what they charge, that feels a bit cheap. Location is nice though, right in the old town. Fine for a quick cone, just don't expect a real sit-down dessert place.
