The octopus was the highlight—cooked just right, tender without being chewy. Place gets loud though, so don’t come here expecting a quiet conversation. Tapas are good but prices add up fast. Fine for a casual dinner if you’re in the area, just don’t make it your first choice for a business meet.

Stopped by for a late lunch. The beer garden out back is the real draw here, nice and chill. Had a schnitzel, it was decent, crispy enough. Service was quick, no complaints. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Been coming here for a while now, and the coffee stays consistent. That's honestly the main thing for me. Interior's still clean, those wooden tables are a nice touch. Sat outside last time, weather was good. Just a solid spot for a quick break, nothing fancy.

Stopped by for a beer and ended up staying for food. They had a few IPAs on tap which was nice. Got the burger, pretty solid. Staff were friendly too, didn't feel rushed at all. Place has that classic pub vibe, nothing fancy but does the job.

Stopped here for lunch after a walk around the lake. The terrace view is really nice. I had the schnitzel, pretty hearty portion. But the Black Forest cake was the highlight—honestly the best one I tried during my whole trip. Wish I had room for a second slice.

The Black Forest cake was decent, not the best I've had, but the portion is huge. Honestly, one slice is enough for two people. Coffee was good too. Sat by the window with the cathedral view, that part was nice. Just wish the cake had a bit more flavor for the price. It's fine for a one-time visit though.

Cash only — that almost got us at the end. Luckily I had enough on me, but definitely come prepared. The food itself was solid though, and the place had a nice buzz to it. Just wish they’d put up a sign or something before you sit down. Would’ve saved us the awkward moment at the register.

Played pool here for a couple hours with drinks. Four drinks plus snacks came to €16, which felt fair for the night. Service was friendly and quick enough. Nothing fancy but fine for a casual evening.

The staff remembered my usual order. That kind of consistency keeps me loyal. Service was quick even during the lunch rush.

Nice spot for a quick breakfast. The coffee was solid and the cake selection looked good. Really like that they run an inclusive workplace here, adds something meaningful. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The goat cheese Flammkuchen was a bit too sweet for me, but the classic one with bacon hit the spot. Cappuccino was solid too. Quick lunch, no complaints.

Solid mix of German classics and burgers. Had the schnitzel, pretty decent. Beer list is long, took me a while to pick one. Good spot if you want food and a drink.

Nice spot to kick back with a drink. Music was good, lounge vibe works on a sunny afternoon. Drinks were solid, nothing crazy but fine.

Stopped by a few times while in town—always friendly, no complaints. Portions are decent for what you pay. Good spot if you're hungry and don't want to overthink it.

The duck was properly tender, and the beer tasters went well with the daily menu. Staff friendly enough, though service lagged a bit mid-meal. Solid spot overall.

The tiramisu here is seriously good—light, creamy, not too sweet. I came for a drink and ended up staying for dessert. Service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for the area, especially for the quality. Wouldn’t mind going back just for that dessert again.

The Flammkuchen here was really good, and the beer list had some nice options. Service was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but overall a decent spot.

Very nice bar. Right on the France-Switzerland-Germany border. Occasionally there's a party in the summer.
