The sauerbraten was really solid, and that apple strudel? Definitely the highlight. Cozy spot, though service dragged a little between courses.

Nice little place by the river. Got the schnitzel, portion was massive. Service kept it simple and friendly. Gets busy fast, so better book a table.

Nice rooftop terrace with a solid view over Dresden. Sunset made it worth the stop for a drink. Pretty good spot overall, though nothing more than that.

Came for the all-you-can-eat buffet, left properly stuffed. Staff kept checking on us, clearing plates fast. Food was decent for the price—nothing fancy, but the sushi was fresh enough and the hot dishes stayed warm. Not the best I've had, but for a quick, no-fuss dinner it did the job.

Came here for breakfast a few times during my stay. The coffee is properly strong — I always get the large with milk on the side, and it’s honestly a good deal. Managed to snag an outside table on a sunny morning, which made it even better. Service was quick and friendly too.

The tasting menu here is solid. The chef clearly knows what they're doing with flavors. Even the caper dish worked for me, and I usually skip those. Portions are on the smaller side, but the taste makes up for it. Just the food, no frills.

Cozy spot, service was friendly and not pushy. My pasta came out looking great, tasted fresh too. Just wish they'd given us a bit more time between courses.

Sweet potato fries were crispy, burger was juicy. Staff friendly enough. Good spot for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Came here twice while we were in town. Breakfast spread was solid both mornings, no complaints there. Staff handled the rush fine, even when it got busy. Sat outside on the square the second time—good spot for watching people go by. My wine pairing with the eggs benedict worked better than expected. Place gets a bit loud around noon, but that's on me for timing.

The pork knuckle was spot on—tender, not dry at all. Service friendly but a bit slow. Just wish the room wasn't so warm, my jacket smells like the kitchen now 😅

We stopped by for lunch and the guy behind the counter actually took time to explain the fish options in English. That helped a lot. Had the grilled catch of the day, pretty fresh, came with some decent sides. Price was okay for what you get. Nothing fancy, but solid.

The veggie burger here actually surprised me—properly tasty, not just a sad pile of vegetables. Good option if you're not into meat. Bar's got a solid rum selection too, plenty of cocktails to pick from. Nice little find.

The cappuccino was smooth and the crepes hit the spot. Didn't get to try the ice cream, but the place itself felt pretty cozy for a quick break.

Colorful plates and really lively vibe - the papaya salad had that proper punch to it. Wish they'd brought the drinks faster though.

Decent local place with that old-school interior. Had the pork schnitzel—crispy, well-seasoned, plenty of potatoes and salad on the side. Service was friendly enough even though it was busy. Pretty good for a casual dinner. Just wish they had a bit more ventilation, got a little stuffy inside.

Stopped by for lunch on a quiet weekday. The place is full of old furniture and knick-knacks, which gives it a nice character. I had the Dresden Sauerbraten—pretty good, meat was tender and the sauce had a decent tang. Staff were friendly enough, no issues there. Maybe a bit touristy, but fine for what it is.

The gnocchi here really stood out. Soft, pillowy, just the right amount of chew. Menu changes weekly, so it feels fresh every time. Simple ingredients but they know what they're doing. Place was a bit cramped though, but I'd go back for that pasta again.

Came here with a couple of friends and we all ordered something different—sushi, pho, banh mi. Honestly the sushi stood out, fish was super fresh. Place is pretty casual, good for a chill hangout. Service was fine, nothing crazy. Would come back if I’m craving a bit of everything 😊

The Zwickelbier was really good, fresh and full of flavor. I liked that they had some lighter options on the menu too. Service was fine, nothing special, but the beer made up for it. 🍺

The Dresdner sauerbraten was properly tender, and the red cabbage stood out—soft, not mushy. Pretty good for a place near the tourist trail.

The chicken was so tender and the spices hit just right. Owner's a sweet lady, made sure I had everything. Food took a bit, but you could tell it was made fresh. Solid casual spot.

Tried this Lebanese spot in Dresden and honestly it reminded me of home cooking. Ate here three times during my stay, that says enough. Clean place, fair prices.

Big portions, decent price. Took half my schnitzel home. The wine list was short but had a solid German red that paired well. Service friendly enough.

Tried this place for the first time last week — the menu is short but everything we ordered was solid. Staff left us alone until we needed them. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Cozy little place in a quiet area, really felt like a proper Italian trattoria. Relaxed vibe, no fuss. Glad we walked in.

Been coming here for a while now, and the tiramisu still gets me every time. Not too sweet, proper coffee kick. Had the bruschetta again last week, tomatoes were actually ripe, which is rarer than you'd think. Pasta's consistent too. Place gets busy, but that's a good sign. Just wish they'd open a bit earlier on Sundays.

We grabbed dinner here on a busy night. The live violin and guitar was a nice touch, though it did get pretty loud at times. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Portions were decent for the price, nothing crazy but fair. I'd say it's a solid spot if you're hungry and don't want to wait around.

The paneer karahi was solid, came out hot with fresh naan. Owner checked on us a couple times, which was nice. Place gets busy around dinner, so expect a bit of a wait.
