Bordeaux & Friends

My good friend and I made an appointment to have afternoon tea at Bordeaux & Friends, a western restaurant. Their freshly ground latte is really good. I prefer iced coffee, which is perfect in summer.

A very small, warm and thoughtful shop. It opens at 8:00 pm and ends at 2:00 am. Two people had four glasses of wine, 7 oysters, beef tartare, foie gras, tuna tartare, ham, and the environment: there are many reused red wine boxes. Oscar is also very environmentally friendly in the store and turns off the lights immediately after leaving the storage room. Food: mainly cold food, all made by Juan alone, from appetizers to main dishes to desserts, all done by one person. The raw materials are very fresh and the dishes are aesthetically arranged. Tableware: Redel water glasses, wine glasses have printing, but it is unclear what kind of cups they are, and it seems that they are not crystal glasses, and the knives are Zwilling. Service: Oscar is very serious in his broken arm state. He explains the source of ingredients for each dish and recommends how to eat them together. When ordering, he will expect management to tell me that the serving speed is not fast. In fact, I feel it is still quite fast! Conclusion: You can go to eat before the Chinese army occupies the high ground. I didn't make a reservation and was lucky to get a seat. The other tables were all full.
