The fish fillet pintxo was a standout. Paired it with a local Txakoli, which cut through the richness nicely. The croquettes were decent, maybe a bit heavy. Solid value for the quality you get.

The pintxos are around &euro;2-3 each. Tried the jam&oacute;n one and the cod croquette. The croquette was perfect, really creamy inside with a crisp shell. The jam&oacute;n was good, but the bread underneath was a bit dry.

The grilled turbot was spot on. Juicy, great flavor, a solid example of that Basque style.

Came with a group and we did the tasting menu. The deer was fantastic, and the fish dish was so fresh. Loved how each plate looked like a little piece of art. It&#39;s a bit of a splurge, but perfect for a special night out with friends.

We had a lovely meal at Casa Urola.  The ambiance is cozy and elegant without being pretentious. The service was gracious and friendly, and the food was excellent (we chose the lobster salad, the foie gras, the steak tartare and the spider crab donostia/style). The amuse buche was a delicious leek pur&eacute;e with smoked idazabal cheese.  A perfect evening in San Sebasti&aacute;n!

This establishment is truly amazing, and the chef&#39;s creations are both whimsical and delicious.  Our sommelier was absolutely fantastic, and we got seated at the best table in the house, right in front of the wine cellar.  I cannot say enough about how friendly and wonderful the service team were.  Truly fantastic.  We loved everything we tried on the pre fixe tasting menu, and the restaurant was very happy to accomodate our dietary restrictions (I am vegetarian and my husband does not eat red meat).

The food was pretty good, and the service was decent.

The tiramisu was the star. So light, with just the right hint of espresso. The rest of the meal was solid, but that dessert really stood out. Good value for the quality.

The setting is beautiful with a Mountain View. The restaurant itself has a charming interior. We had tbe 9 course vegetarian menu for one and the a regular 9 course menu too. All the food was prepared and seasoned to perfection. The staff were very friendly and informative and a each course arrived at a good pace.

The foie gras was rich and cooked just right. The strawberries with peppercorn for dessert were a nice surprise. A pretty good meal overall, though the pacing between courses felt a little slow.

The patatas bravas were the standout. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and the sauce had this smoky depth. I just kept ordering more of those. The wine list was good, but honestly, I was there for the potatoes.
