Decent family-run spot. Had the schnitzel, pretty good. Menu's huge, maybe too big, but the young couple running it seem to care. Fine for a casual meal.

Tried the "Prince of Bad Homburg" flavor — definitely different, in a good way. €1.20 a scoop feels fair for what you get. Portion was decent, not tiny. I'd grab another one if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday. Place is run by a family, feels like eating in their living room. Had the schnitzel, it was solid. Nothing fancy, just proper German cooking. Service was friendly, not overbearing. Prices are fair for what you get. I'll probably come back when I'm in the area.

The mango lassi was really good, thick and not too sweet. Our group was pretty big and they managed it without any chaos. Solid choice if you just want a casual bite without overthinking it.

The grilled salmon sushi with their special sauce really stood out. I had it with a glass of dry riesling and the pairing worked surprisingly well. Sauce has a bit of sweetness that matches the fish nicely. Place was busy but the sushi bar kept things moving. I'd go back just for that roll.

Came here with a couple of friends after wandering around the area. Portions are honestly huge for the price, we couldn’t even finish everything. Lemonade was a nice touch too. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made ordering way easier for us. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that’s fine. Would come back if I’m in the mood for something simple 😊

The chicken pan dish was really flavorful and the portion felt fair for the price. Pizza was a bit soggy though. Expect a short wait, but it’s fine.

The Paula cocktail was the best thing I tried. Aperol Spritz also solid, properly made. Bartender seemed friendly enough but I wasn't there for chat. Coffee was decent, nothing crazy. Fine for a quick afternoon stop if you're in the area. I'd come back for that Paula again though.

The pasta was solid, tiramisu definitely the highlight—proper coffee kick, not too sweet. Service efficient, got us in and out within the hour. Place was a bit noisy for my taste, but fine for a casual dinner. Reasonable for what you pay. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The buffet kept getting refilled, which I always appreciate. Sushi was fresh, not dried out like some places. Desserts were decent too. Staff friendly enough, place felt warm. Maybe not the biggest selection ever, but what they had was good. I'd come back for the sushi alone.

Stopped by for a late afternoon break. The interior is really warm, lots of wood and soft light, made me want to stay longer than planned. Had the homemade tiramisu and mint tea with ginger, both were solid. Place has a nice calm vibe, though the chairs are a bit hard after a while. Still, a good find in the old town.

The staff here are genuinely lovely — super patient with our group and even gave the kids a little treat on the way out. That alone makes me want to come back.
