The grilled chicken was spot on, and the house red they suggested paired perfectly. A solid choice in Gifu.

The lunch buffet is such a steal. I kept going back for more rice just to try all the different little Japanese sides—so many little plates to mix and match! The dessert corner was a nice touch too.

Been coming here for years. The kishimen noodles in the hot pot are always so chewy, and the broth is just right. For the portion you get, the price feels fair. The local sake on the side is a nice touch too.

The pork fillet cutlet was the main thing. The batter was light and crisp, didn't feel heavy at all. The meat inside was tender and juicy. That's what I remember. They did have a stamp thing, but the cutlet was the point.

A relaxing spot with comfy sofas and large windows overlooking a lovely garden. A rare find in Gifu for a proper afternoon tea. The tea selection was decent, though I wish they had a few more options for pairing with the scones.
