The shrimp tempura was pretty good. Light and not greasy at all. The portion in the small bowl was decent.

Been coming here for years. The kishimen noodles in the hot pot are always so chewy, and the broth is just right. For the portion you get, the price feels fair. The local sake on the side is a nice touch too.

The shrimp chili here is really something else. I liked the subtle ginger in the sauce, it's not your usual chili. The portion of shrimp was generous too. Went nicely with their fried rice. A very comfortable spot for a quiet meal.

The pork fillet cutlet was the main thing. The batter was light and crisp, didn't feel heavy at all. The meat inside was tender and juicy. That's what I remember. They did have a stamp thing, but the cutlet was the point.

Been coming here for years. Love that walk down the quiet hotel corridor to get to the place. It's always the same peaceful feeling before the meal starts. Makes it feel like my own little spot in the city.

A relaxing spot with comfy sofas and large windows overlooking a lovely garden. A rare find in Gifu for a proper afternoon tea. The tea selection was decent, though I wish they had a few more options for pairing with the scones.
