Just arrived at Nagano Station and walked across the street for a quick lunch. The English menu made ordering efficient. Had the soba set - solid and exactly what I needed. Service was prompt. Good for a straightforward meal when you get off the train.

The staff here really pay attention. They noticed my water glass was low before I even had to ask. It’s a small thing, but it makes the whole meal feel so much more relaxed. The place is spotless and the chairs are actually comfortable.

The coffee was a bit too bitter for my taste, but the retro furniture and quiet atmosphere made it a relaxing spot to unwind.

Spacious and stylish inside. The sashimi platter was a real looker and tasted fresh. Tamagoyaki was fluffy, with a nice dashi flavor. My favorite was the water eggplant with cheese dengaku—so savory.
