Loved the Monday quiz night—such a chill spot for students. Staff were friendly and the prices didn’t hurt. Fair for Maastricht, honestly.

Stopped by for lunch after walking around the OLV Church. Had the duck confit, quite tender and well seasoned. Sat on the terrace, nice spot for watching people go by. Service was friendly enough, though we did wait a bit for the bill. They have a small hotel upstairs too, looked neat from what I saw. Fine for a relaxed meal.

The grilled sea bass was fresh and flaky, exactly what I hoped for. Portion felt a bit small for the price, but the quality of ingredients was solid.

Great team! Servers seemed genuinely happy to work at this establishment. The food was good and came in a timely manner. We were seated outside, but when it started raining they accommodated us to move indoors. Lovely evening.

The Gault Millau rating makes sense, but honestly, the portions felt a bit small for the price. Good traditional French food though, and the room is really comfortable. Just wish the plates were a bit more generous.

Stumbled into this place looking for something quick and left genuinely impressed. The croquetas were the highlight — crispy outside, creamy inside. Charcuterie board had a nice mix too. Service was warm without hovering. Only wish the tortilla had a bit more salt, but honestly didn't care by the end.

The steak was cooked just right, meat quality really stands out. Pricey though, especially with sides extra.

Been coming here for a while now. The view over Vrijthof never gets old, and the portions are still solid for what you pay. Service can lag when it's packed, but that's about it.

Nice lunch spot on the deck. Food was solid for what we paid. Staff kept things moving. Good for a quick bite if you're nearby.

The staff was friendly and even offered us to choose a place inside or on the terrace despite we came with our dog. Pasta and lasagna was tasty.

The terrace is really lovely, especially when the sun’s out. Steak van Buuren was cooked just right. Interior’s warm too, though the chairs could be a bit more comfortable.

The surprise menu here is a proper little adventure, five courses and you genuinely don't know what's coming next. Hosts make you feel properly looked after, like you've just popped round to someone's house. Only thing is the chairs got a bit hard by the end, but the food kept me distracted. Worth stopping by if you're in Roermond.

The lunch menu had some creative seafood and venison dishes. I went for the venison—cooked nicely, though the portion felt a bit small for the price. The industrial decor with the classy touches was easy on the eyes. Service was friendly, knew the menu well. Would come back for the seafood next time.

The goat cheese salad was really good, and I liked that the desserts aren’t overly fancy. Fries are worth ordering. Service was friendly and the seating comfortable, which made it easy to relax.

Stopped by for a drink on the Markt—the building really is charming, that old style. Beer list is solid, one of the better ones around here. Service was friendly, no complaints. Just wish they had a few more lighter options on the menu, but for a drink it was fine.

I had a lovely meal at this restaurant, thanks to the fantastic waiter Luc, who provided friendly and efficient service while managing a full restaurant.

The food was good, nicely plated too. Staff were friendly without hovering. Place has a relaxed vibe, easy to just sit and chat for a while. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

We had dinner here with some colleagues and the river view really is something. Service was friendly without being pushy, which I appreciated. Food came out looking nice and tasted good too. Only small thing, it got a bit busy later in the evening so the staff seemed stretched. But overall a comfortable spot to just sit and chat.

The breakfast spread was solid — pastries, fruit, hot stuff. Fresh orange juice was the best part. Coffee did the job too.

The tasting menu's half-portions let me try way more dishes without getting stuffed. Smart move.

The pizza here is proper traditional, really tasty. Prices feel fair for the area too. Only thing is the wait—we sat a while before it came out. But the crust was fresh, not too heavy, and the toppings tasted like good quality ingredients. I’d go back if I’m not in a rush. 🍕

The crust was exactly right—thin, crisp on the edges, soft inside. Toppings tasted fresh, not overloaded. Finally a proper Italian-style pizza in Hasselt. Place was a bit busy but that didn’t bother me much. I’d go back just for that base alone.

Food was decent and the staff were friendly enough. Just found the pacing a bit slow between courses. Nice setting though.

Lunch was decent but honestly the portions felt a bit small for what you pay. The garden seating is nice though. Probably fine if you're not starving.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant. Great service, nice ambiance, very friendly staff, excellent food, and on this sunday-evening high quality live music.

Food was lovely, but the owner's reaction to our complaint felt a bit cold. Shame, because the pasta was really good.

Lovely little spot for a casual Italian bite. Staff were super friendly and switched to English right away when we walked in late.

The tasting menu was really creative, loved the flavor combos. Sommelier picked some great wines to go with it. Place felt a bit formal for a casual hangout though.

Stopped by after a long day of shopping and the cannelloni hit the spot. Pizzas looked good too, but honestly, for what you get, the bill felt a bit steep. Terrace is nice if you can grab a seat, but I'd probably just do a quick lunch here rather than a full dinner. Fine for what it is.
