The owners have been here forever, and it really shows. The food is consistently good, and the staff makes you feel right at home.

Tried the Sunday BBQ chicken special. Three generous pieces, meat was tender. Good portion for the price, includes a drink. Solid lunch option if you're in the area.

Cozy little spot run by a family. The menu is simple, which I appreciate. The staff were so friendly, they made me feel right at home. It's nice to have a place where the service is genuinely warm.

The stuffed chicken wings were the standout. The filling was savory and moist, the skin crispy. The lotus root salad had a nice crunch, but the dressing was a bit too sweet for my taste. Fresh ingredients though.

The owners are so nice, they remembered my name from last time! It's that kind of family-run spot where you feel like a regular after one visit. Service is always quick, too.

The calamari appetizer was the standout. Light, crispy batter, tender inside. The bread was also good, warm and soft. That's pretty much all I focus on.

Always a clean spot to grab lunch. The staff is quick and friendly, which is nice when you're in a hurry. Plenty of napkins and forks ready to go.

Crab cakes were solid. Crispy outside, soft inside, no fishy taste. Korean fried chicken was crispy too. Got my order in under 10 minutes, which is key for a quick lunch.

Tried this spot for the first time. The menu is huge, had a hard time choosing! Went with the spicy tuna roll and it was spot on. The staff was really nice, too.

I really appreciate the variety of vegetarian dishes here. The ingredients tasted so fresh, especially in the quinoa salad. The staff was helpful about my dietary needs, which made the whole meal feel light and satisfying.

The flautas were crispy and tasty. Chips were fresh, probably made in-house. The salsa that came with them was really good too. Solid spot for a quick bite.

The fish was so fresh and cooked just right. You can really taste the quality in every bite. They clearly care about their ingredients.

My go-to Zippy's. Kiana and the crew are always on it. Quick, friendly, keeps things running smooth. Just a reliable spot.

The sushi here is fantastic, really fresh and well-made. I tried the karaage chicken once, and it was a bit dry that night. Sticking with the sushi rolls is the move.

Been coming here for years. The oxtail ramen is always solid—big bowl, broth has that nice sweetness, meat just falls apart. Parking's a bit tight, but that's the island for you.

Huge slices, a quarter of a large pie each! Really good value for the price.

The standard breakfast set is a solid choice. The butterfish misoyaki was tender and flavorful. It came with rice, miso soup, and a pickled plum. A pretty good and authentic way to start the morning.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always what keeps me coming back. They remember my usual order, and the check-ins are just right—never too much, never too little. It just feels comfortable.

The meat jun and kalbi combo is huge, perfect for sharing with friends! The sides are really good too.

Tried the boneless wings for the first time. The sauce selection is wild—went with a medium one and it was just right. Really liked that you can pick your heat level.

Been coming here for years. They still serve that warm houjicha tea at the end, just like they always have. It’s the little things that feel consistent. That’s why I keep coming back.
