The vegan cappuccino was solid, and that lava cake hit the spot. 🍷 Wish they had one more interesting wine by the glass, though.

Best ice cream I found in Budapest, hands down. Got the pistachio and dark chocolate, both were solid. Place is small, a bit crowded, but the guy behind the counter was quick. Prices fair for the quality. Wish I lived closer, honestly.

Lovely little cafe tucked away from the tourist chaos. The coffee was proper strong, and the owner actually took time to chat with us. Way cheaper than the places on the main strip too.

Stopped by for a quick coffee before my flight. Opens early, which helped. WiFi held up fine for checking emails. Place is basic but does the job. Right by the airport bus stop, so location's hard to beat. Prices are fair for what you get. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for, but solid if you're in the area.

Stumbled on this little cafe tucked away from the busy street. The rose matcha was honestly so pretty I almost didn't want to ruin it 😅 and the tahini latte was really nice too. Food felt fresh and light, which is kinda hard to find around here. Prices were fair for what you get. Good spot if you're hanging out with friends and want somewhere chill.

Stopped by for coffee, stayed for the cake. Caramel cheesecake was solid, not too sweet. Coffee did the job. Place is small but fine for a quick break.

The cortado was spot on, and the barista really knows what they’re doing. Small place, but the staff made me feel comfortable. Would stop by again if I’m in the area. ☕

The lighting in there is really warm, makes you want to stay longer. Coffee was solid, pastries looked good too.

Zsófi and Dori were super nice, even gave us a free sample and explained the rewards card. Drinks came out quick and tasted good. Solid spot.

Lovely quiet place to sit with a book and a coffee. The book collection is huge, really cozy inside. Just a bit warm, no AC, but I managed fine.

Cozy little spot with a vintage vibe — perfect for catching up with friends over coffee. Upstairs is quiet enough to get stuff done too. Just wish they had more dessert options 😅

The cappuccino was done right, milk steamed nicely. Apple cake was the real highlight though. Place gets busy fast, so grabbing a seat took a bit of patience. Once we settled in, the vibe was pleasant enough to just sit and take our time. Nothing fancy, but I left feeling comfortable.

Portions are generous, food’s decent. Solid spot if you’re properly hungry and want a filling breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Maybe slightly greasy, but I wasn’t complaining. Fine for a casual stop.

Decent breakfast but the portion was kinda small for what you pay. Coffee was good though. Window seats have a nice view of the Parliament.

Stopped in for a coffee break and ended up staying longer than planned. The espresso was solid, and I grabbed a bag of beans to take home. Staff let me browse the equipment without hovering. Place is roomy too, not cramped like some spots around here. Would've liked a bit more air conditioning, but that's minor.

The beetroot latte was genuinely good—bought a bag to take home. Coffee's solid too. Gets crowded with laptop people but whatever.

Came here on a busy evening, counter ordering was a bit of a mess but the staff stayed chill. Got the goulash and it was solid—beef tender, paprika came through nicely. Service charge caught me off guard though, check your bill before you pay. Portion size fair for the price.

The chicken wrap was decent, flavors were there but the chicken came out a bit dry. Not a dealbreaker though. Americano was fine, nothing fancy. Place was quiet enough for a quick lunch. I’d come back if I’m in the area and don’t feel like cooking.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the vibe is so chill. The staff were super friendly, made us feel right at home. It used to be a bar but the matcha makeover actually works. We grabbed a few drinks and just hung out for hours. Definitely a good spot if you wanna catch up with people. 😊

Loved the retro vibe and board games—perfect for killing time. Only downside was the wobbly table, but I’d still come back.

The spinach soup was the best I've had in Budapest, hands down. Carrot cake was moist, coffee did the job. Portion sizes are decent for what you pay, nothing crazy but fair. Place is good if you just wanna sit and chill for a bit.

The film lineup here is nicely curated — caught a Hungarian classic that I’d never seen on the big screen before. A solid pick if you’re tired of the usual blockbusters.

Stumbled in here during a quick break. Coffee hit the spot, strong and hot. Had a pastry too, flaky and fresh. Jazz music playing was a nice touch, not too loud. Service was fast, which is all I really need at lunch. Place was pretty quiet, easy to grab a seat. Good spot for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Stumbled into this place while wandering around and ended up staying way longer than planned. The baklava was still warm, which I didn't expect. Turkish coffee had that nice thick foam on top. Interior is really cozy with all the traditional touches. Only thing is it got a bit busy around noon, but that's probably a good sign.

The terrace really is something else. I went for the grilled salmon and it was fresh, cooked just right. You're paying extra for the view, that's for sure. Service was nice but a bit slow when it got busy. I'd come back for the scenery alone, maybe just for a drink next time.

The apple strudel was really good — flaky and not too sweet. Place itself is small and cozy, felt like a family kitchen. Just wish they had more seating, we had to wait a bit.

The Zsolnay porcelain details are really nice, gives the place a classy feel. Had a coffee and cake, both were solid. Staff friendly enough.

The cappuccino was solid and that carrot cake? Probably the best around here. Quiet enough to get some work done, staff spoke English and were friendly.

The hot chocolate was seriously good—rich without being too sweet. Cozy spot with plenty of tables. Would've liked a proper wine list to go with it, but the drink alone makes it worth stopping by.
