The full rack of ribs was the move. The meat just fell off the bone. The smoky flavor was great, but honestly, the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. I had a bold red with it that helped cut through. Solid choice though.

The chargrilled oysters were fantastic. I've had them many places, and these really stood out. The catfish chips were a huge portion and so crispy. The staff was really friendly, and the booths are nice and comfortable.

The dining room is really spacious, which I liked. It’s decorated nicely, not too over the top. Felt comfortable just hanging out there for a while.

The grilled chicken and yams is the only thing to order here. The sweet potato mash with the spiced pecans makes it.

Been a regular for ages, it's like my second home. The live music is always a vibe, and the whole place just feels so welcoming. Perfect for catching up with friends.

Eowyn was a good server, friendly and attentive. Took her suggestion on the cheesecake and it was pretty good. A solid meal overall.

I stopped by for their cold brew beans. The staff took time explaining the different roasts. I got the Commander’s Palace blend—it’s so smooth and full-bodied. Really appreciate how fresh the beans are, you can tell they’re high quality. Makes my morning coffee feel like a treat.

The shrimp and grits here are a solid choice. The grits had a great creamy texture, and the shrimp were cooked just right. Portion was decent, not too heavy. Hit the spot for a weeknight dinner.

Been coming here for years, and the beignets are always crispy with that sweet berry sauce. Just the right amount of doughy.

Love the vibe here for catching up with friends! The stuffed grape leaves and lamb rack were delicious. Staff was super friendly. Just wish there were a few more options on the menu.

The blackened redfish was the star. Perfectly cooked, flaky, and that crawfish risotto underneath was creamy with just the right bite. The crème brûlée was a nice twist on the classic, too. Solid meal.

Stumbled upon this place during a staycation. Their brunch is a real find. The eggs benedict had perfectly runny yolks, and the hollandaise was just right—not too heavy. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are easy on the wallet, too.

Been coming here for years with my pup. They always remember to bring him a bowl of water. My go-to is the breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. It's just a reliable spot.

The catfish was a generous portion, clearly fresh. I noticed the menu now highlights Gulf seafood, which is a nice touch. The fish itself was cooked well, though the breading could have been a bit lighter for my taste.

The sushi is always fresh and they get it out fast. Perfect for a quick lunch when you're in a hurry. The spicy tuna roll is my go-to.

The Atlantic Salmon with truffle sauce was a standout. Their sommelier suggested a crisp white wine that paired beautifully with it.

Service was on point, both at the bar and our table. The live music on Thursday was a nice bonus, not too loud. Really made for a relaxed evening.

This is my go-to neighborhood spot. The coffee is always fresh, and I love that they feature local artists on the walls. The booths are comfortable enough to settle in for a while. A nice, low-key place.

Came here for the game and ended up obsessed with their truffle fries. So crispy and that parmesan on top? Perfect. Bartenders were super chill too.

This place gets packed with locals, so definitely book ahead. We had a table for four and the wait was still about 20 minutes. The host was really nice about it though, which helped.

The biscuits and gravy are the real deal here. Fluffy, buttery biscuits smothered in a peppery sausage gravy that's rich but not too heavy. That's the only thing I ever order.

The cheese curds were a solid share. But the shrimp tacos really stood out—fresh and well-seasoned. The house white I had alongside cut through the richness nicely. A good spot for a casual bite.

Love the open kitchen vibe here, really adds to the energy. Perfect spot for a group dinner. We tried the grilled octopus and the lamb chops - both were cooked just right, really flavorful. The place gets pretty loud though, tough to have a conversation.

Cozy spot, but it does get pretty loud when they're busy. The decor is nice though.

The Tuna Ponchartrain really stood out for me. It had this rich, complex flavor with a seasoning that was just right. Happy hour specials were a nice bonus too.

Ezra was a great server. He knew the menu well and suggested the roasted cauliflower. It was surprisingly good, flavorful and crispy. The rest of the meal was solid, too.

The roast beef po'boy here is my new favorite. The bread was super soft and the beef was so tender, just the right amount of gravy. I'll be back for that sandwich alone.

First time here and the 'Whole Lot a Burger' combo hit the spot. Just a straightforward, filling diner burger with crispy fries. Exactly what I was in the mood for.
