Nice relaxed spot for a casual dinner. The house red was a solid, easy-drinking choice that went well with the simple food.

The gyoza in the set meal were good. The wrapper was crisp, the filling had a nice pork and cabbage mix. Dipping them in the soy-vinegar sauce they gave was the best part, really brought out the flavor.

I like that you can pick your portion size. Got the niboshi chuka, the broth had a strong dried sardine taste. Lots of toppings, and I added extra green onions. Left feeling pretty full.

Been coming here for years, and the Nishiwaga tofu is still the reason. Always consistent, you just can't get it anywhere else.

The short-horned beef burger is the real deal. Cooked rare, the flavor comes through with just salt and pepper.

The cocktails are big, and they're not just the usual stuff. I had one with a smoked rosemary sprig. It's a bit pricey, but you get a lot for it.

Been coming here for years, and the cold noodles are always spot on. Perfect for a quick lunch when I'm passing through the station area. They've got it right from morning till evening, never disappoints.

Love the second floor here! Comfy sofas and lots of space, so my friend and I could chat for ages without feeling rushed. The retro vibe is cute. A nice spot to catch up.

The 7,000 yen course is solid, eight dishes. The all-you-can-drink is a good idea, but they ran out of the red I wanted halfway through. Still, found a decent white to go with the fish.

Sashimi platter was the highlight. Thick cuts, generous variety. Really solid.

The yakitori was great, but the fried chicken really stood out. Juicy inside, super crispy skin. Could smell the charcoal grill from our table, added to the vibe.

Good spot for a quick break. Tea served in Nambu iron kettles is a nice detail. Staff is responsive.

The cabin-like vibe is so cozy, and all the old Popeye stuff on the walls is fun to look at. Felt really relaxed just sitting there.

Had a late lunch here and they were kind to seat us. The half-cold soba with katsudon rice was a decent portion and tasted pretty good. A solid choice for a simple meal.

Momodori chicken is the move for a quick lunch. Skin stays crispy, meat is juicy. Ginger pork stir-fry was good too, nice sweet sauce. Got my food fast, no wait. Solid spot for a quick bite.

The local beer on their terrace is my summer go-to. It's crisp and refreshing, perfect for watching the Kitakami River flow by. Just a really nice spot to unwind. 🍺

Been coming here for years, and the steamed bread set is always solid. Coffee's a nice touch.

The basic course with wagyu and abalone was a nice surprise. Having everything served in the private room felt very relaxing, no need to keep getting up. The seats were comfortable for a long meal.

The honey butter focaccia is so good for sharing! 🍞 Glad they opened a spot near us.

Came early Saturday and it was already packed. The soba dipping sauce has such a deep, lovely bonito flavor. The tempura batter is so light and crisp.

Cozy little spot with nice wall art. Good for a quiet coffee break. Service was efficient, got my order quickly. Latte was smooth, not too strong. Prices are reasonable for the location. Would stop by again if in the area.

Mapo tofu was solid, but the rolled omelet really got me. That hint of sweetness, just like home cooking. Felt so cozy.
