The Banya Hamayaki is the one to get. Grilling the shellfish yourself over charcoal makes a big difference. The smoky aroma gets into the meat, makes it taste deeper. Shells pop open, the juices sizzle. Just focus on the cooking time.

I really appreciate the cozy and relaxed atmosphere—it's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a drink, even when dining by myself.

Even though I eat meat, I really enjoyed the food here. The flavors in the dishes were put together so well. The mushroom pasta had a really interesting, savory depth to it.

The Hell Ramen level 7 is no joke! My face was definitely sweating, but the broth had this deep, savory flavor that kept me going. I ended up getting a side of rice to mix with the last of the soup—such a good move.

Cozy spot, good sake list. Booked the zashiki room overlooking the old moat — that view really made the evening. Nice for a quiet date.

This hidden Italian restaurant offers a unique escape from the city's hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal.

Conveniently located in the basement of Morioka Station. The booths were very comfortable for a quiet meal.

The grilled fish set was so fresh, you could taste the quality of the ingredients. Perfect for a healthy meal before my train. The miso soup was a bit too salty for my preference, but the overall freshness made up for it.

The owner is so friendly. I mentioned my budget ahead of time and they prepared a lovely set course for me. The seats were very comfortable, which made the whole meal relaxing. A nice spot for a quiet dinner.

I came just for the Troika cheesecake. It was so good, exactly what I hoped for. The vibe in that old, stylish room really made it. A little pricey for a slice, but no regrets.

The old brewery building is so cool. We sat at the wooden tables under the high ceilings, and the light was really nice. Tried their award-winning craft beer and the local mochi. Just a relaxed, good vibe for a casual meal.
