Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the carbonara. Big portion, creamy egg yolk, crispy bacon bits. Solid comfort food. Took a bit to get my order but whatever, it was worth the wait. Pasta lovers won't be disappointed.

Lunch buffet for €7.95. Chole and chicken curry were both solid, decent spice level. Chutneys had good variety. Fine if you need a quick, filling meal in the area. Nothing fancy, but the price is right.

The schnitzel was solid, crispy and not greasy. Fish dishes are consistently good too. One waiter really knew his stuff.

Spacious place with a proper drink list. Staff were friendly, and the interior felt really open—good spot if you're in a bigger group.

The music was really good and the staff stayed friendly the whole evening. Door price felt a bit high, but the included shot softened that. I liked that I could just sit back and not have to worry about anything. Comfortable spot if you're in the area and want an easy night out.

The schnitzel was solid—crispy, not greasy, and the portion felt right for the price. I grabbed the apple strudel after and it hit the spot, warm with just enough cinnamon. Nothing fancy about the place, but it does the job. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Beer was 2.50 and solid. The older blonde lady serving us was straight to the point, made us feel welcome even with our basic German. Food was cheap and tasty.

Service was friendly and efficient. Gluten-free pizza was surprisingly good, limoncello a nice touch to end. Place is small, a bit cramped, but fine for a quick meal. Fair price for what you get.

The house schnitzel with creamy sauce hit the spot. Fries were crispy, salad on the side tasted fresh. Kölsch paired well with it. Room was cozy, not too loud. Just wish the sauce had a bit more flavor, but overall a decent meal for the price.

Pasta was the highlight here. Had the tagliatelle and it was properly cooked, decent portion too. Pizza my friend got was just okay, nothing special. Service took a while even though it wasn't busy. Place itself is quiet though, easy to have a conversation. Fine for a casual dinner if you stick to the pasta.

We booked a table for a business dinner. Vitello Tonnato was properly seasoned, cannelloni with ricotta was solid too. Service stayed attentive but never hovered. That's what I care about most in these settings. Location is easy to reach. Price fits the quality. No complaints.

The goulash here is solid. Beef was tender, broth had a nice kick. They even refilled the sauce for free. Simple menu, but they do it right.

We stopped by for a late lunch after the rain let up. I had the seasonal pork filet with chanterelles—mushrooms were fresh, not the canned kind. That alone made me happy. Kölsch was cold and crisp. Place got busy around 2, staff seemed a bit scattered but still polite. I'd sit outside next time, the inside felt a little stuffy.

The fish here is really fresh, and they have a nice variety to choose from. It’s a small, no-frills kind of place, which I actually like. The seating is pretty basic, but I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Just a solid, dependable sushi spot in Cologne. I’d come back when I want a simple, good meal without any fuss.

We came here on a weeknight and it was already pretty full, so booking ahead seems smart. I had the grilled chicken and it was simple but really tasty, no heavy seasoning covering things up. The lady serving us was friendly and checked in just enough. Only thing, the chairs are a bit hard after an hour. Still, a nice relaxed spot in Brück.

Stumbled into this place looking for dinner and left really impressed. Got the Croatian platter and every bite had proper flavor, not the usual tourist stuff. It's cash only though, which caught me off guard. Cozy little room, felt like someone's home. Would go back for sure.

Nice spot in Nideggen. Service was quick and friendly. Schnitzel was a bit chewy though, fries were decent. Portion size okay for the price.

Stopped by for brunch last weekend. The shakshuka was really fresh, tomatoes tasted properly ripe. Pistachio pancakes were good too, not too sweet. Service was quick even though it was pretty full. Only thing, the coffee came a bit lukewarm. But the ingredients felt high quality, which matters to me. Would go back for the pancakes.

Came here with a few friends for a catch-up and honestly the open kitchen made it way more fun than I expected. We watched the chefs do their thing while we ate. Tasting menu was solid, super creative. Not every course blew me away but most were really good. Staff were chill and knew their stuff. Would come back for sure.

Came for a quick lunch, buffet looked fresh and well put together. They swapped a few things for lighter options since it was hot out — smart move. Service was fast, no waiting around. Solid spot if you need a decent bite without wasting time.

Dropped by for a quick bite before heading back to work. Wine list is huge, staff knew their stuff when I asked for something light. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Had the pasta—decent, though a bit salty for me. Not a place for a rushed lunch, but if you've got time, it works.

The nectarine and goat cheese Flammkuchen was a nice twist on the classic. Service was quick, staff friendly. Place was a bit busy but fine.

Tried the truffle burger last week — honestly, it’s the reason I’d come back. Juicy, messy, and that truffle flavor actually comes through. Place itself is pretty chill, nothing fancy, but fine for a casual bite. Service was friendly too, though it took a bit to get the bill.

Kids wanted burgers, so we gave this place a shot. Four different ones at the table, all solid. Sweet potato fries were a nice touch.

The owner cooks everything himself and it shows. Had the schnitzel, perfectly crispy. Portion was decent for the price.

Service was really on point today. The team worked together smoothly, no awkward waiting or having to flag someone down. Felt pretty relaxed because of that. Only thing is the place got a bit busy later, but the staff still kept it together. Would come back for that kind of service alone.

The fish risotto was the standout. Cooked right, creamy without being heavy. Black ravioli with lobster sauce also worked well. Tiramisu in a jar was a nice touch, not too sweet. Didn't care much about the setting or service, but the food did the talking. Maybe slightly pricey for what you get, but I'd order that risotto again.
