Really appreciated how they handled my dietary needs. The staff took the time to go through the menu with me, pointing out what could be adapted. My salad was made fresh without the dressing I can't have. It's so nice when a place actually listens.

Been coming here for years. The steak's always cooked just right, and the homemade pie is a proper treat. It's the kind of reliable, no-fuss food that keeps you coming back.

The roast for two is a steal. The chicken was spot on, and they had a decent house red that went down a treat.

The staff were so nice even when it was packed. We had to wait a bit for a table, but they kept checking on us and were really apologetic about it. Once we sat down, the service was spot on.

The grilled fish was just right, not overdone. It had a lovely smoky flavour that really came through. A solid choice for fresh seafood, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Had the moussaka and my friend tried the lamb. Both were piping hot, clearly cooked fresh. The owner, a lovely Greek lady, served us herself and was so warm. You can see right into the kitchen from the dining area, which I liked. A really solid, homely spot.

Been here a few times now. Always a solid meal, and the staff are genuinely nice. It's a small spot, feels quite cosy. A bit pricey for what you get, but I keep coming back.

Decent portions. Got the beef stew and lamb skewers. Meat was actually generous, not just filler. Solid for takeaway too.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The pasta was spot on, really fresh and flavourful. Service was quick, no fuss. A solid choice if you're in the area and hungry.

Lovely spot for a quiet afternoon. The pub feels warm and cosy, and there's plenty of room to settle in without feeling cramped. Staff were very friendly, which made it a really relaxing visit.

Been coming here for years, and the spice balance is always spot on. Never too heavy, just right. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Food was hot and fresh, which was nice. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. A decent spot for a quick meal.

I have an onion intolerance and the staff were so accommodating. They suggested a few dishes I could have, not just the tandoori chicken. The ingredients tasted really fresh, which I always appreciate.

Lovely little spot. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly, you can just sit for ages with a coffee. Really liked the big windows and the plants everywhere.

Just popped in to try the new menu. The lamb kofte was spot on, really fresh and tasty. There was a bit of a wait from the kitchen, but they kept us updated, which was nice.

Good dinner, efficient service. Breakfast the next day was solid too. The waitress had a relaxed pace but kept things moving. Food quality was consistent across both meals.

The chips here are honestly some of the best I've ever had. Crispy, fluffy, and perfectly salted. Worth the trip alone.

The staff were so lovely. They noticed we were new and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Really appreciated the friendly chat, it made a difference.

The lasagne was really good. But the portions are just massive - we couldn't finish the ploughman's and had to get a box. It's a lot of food for the price, for sure.

The afternoon tea was lovely, fresh and tasty. The staff were so pleasant, really made it special.

The owners were so helpful when I couldn't find a parking spot, even moving their own car for me. A really thoughtful gesture that made the evening start off right. The wine list had some interesting local options to pair with the meal.

Welcoming staff. Had an issue with my steak being underdone, but the chef sorted it quickly. The replacement was spot on. Burger was solid too, thick and good quality.

Fish and chips are solid here. Batter's light and crispy, fish tastes fresh. Chips are decent. It's my go-to when I'm in the area and just want something reliable.

Nice spot by the clock tower and beach. Sat outside under the canopy. The coffee was good, but the croissant was a bit dry. Decent place for a quick stop.

Been coming here for years during lunch breaks. Food's always spot on, never had a bad meal. But what really makes it is the service - quick, friendly, and they get you in and out fast. Perfect for a quick bite.

The fish and chips here are solid. The cod was fresh and flaky, and I really liked the chunky chips - crispy outside, fluffy inside. Just a proper portion.

Been here a few times. The fish and chips is always solid, proper crispy batter. Portion's decent for the price. It's a reliable spot when you can't be bothered cooking.
