The outdoor play area is a real plus, very tidy and safe. It let us enjoy our meal without worrying, which is so nice. The staff were friendly and attentive too.

A lovely, cozy spot tucked behind the Elephant Pub. I really appreciated the focus on fresh ingredients in my salad. The greens were crisp and the vegetables tasted garden-fresh, which made for a simple but satisfying meal. The atmosphere was very welcoming for a quiet weeknight dinner.

Service was genuinely warm and welcoming. The staff took a moment to discuss the wine list with me, which I really appreciated. They suggested a lovely glass of red that paired beautifully with my steak. Made the whole evening feel more considered.

The nut roast was cooked just right, really savoury and satisfying. The gravy was rich, and the veg was fresh. Portions are generous here. Staff were friendly, though the main did take a little while to come out.

The steak was cooked just right, tender and juicy. The peppercorn sauce had a nice kick to it, not too creamy. Portion was decent.

Came for a birthday meal. Really appreciated how they handled my request for a dairy-free option. The grilled salmon was so fresh, you could tell it was just prepared. The vegetables on the side were crisp and not overcooked. Made the whole meal feel light and satisfying.

As a nut allergy sufferer, I felt safe here. The staff used separate utensils, and my burrito was packed with fresh ingredients.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Food's always hot and fresh, ready in minutes. Got my usual sandwich and was in and out. Just what you need when you're short on time.

Been coming here for years, steak's always reliable. Cooked just right, nice flavour. A bit pricier than it used to be, but you get what you pay for.

Family-run spot from Cyprus. The grilled halloumi was simple, just like they said, but you could tell they care about it. Portion was decent for the price.

First time here, and the triple cooked beef fat chips were honestly a standout. So crispy and full of flavour, they were the best part of the meal. The steak was good too, but those chips are what I'll remember.

The entrance has a few steps, but the interior is really cosy. I found a nice corner table and the staff were very attentive. The cocktails were lovely, especially the one with the rosemary garnish. A pleasant spot for a relaxed drink.

Sunday roast buffet was spot on. The selection was solid and everything tasted fresh. Staff were really friendly too.

Been coming here for years, and their set lunch is still a solid deal. The tuna is always spot-on.

The beer garden out back is massive, perfect for a sunny afternoon. We had the fish and chips, which were spot on. The batter was crispy, and the chips were proper. Staff were quick with the drinks, too. A solid local spot.

Small spot, so not much seating. But the takeout is quick and easy, good for a grab-and-go bite.

Stumbled upon this spot! Our server John was so helpful, really made our girls' night easy. The vibe was perfect for catching up, not too loud. The pasta was lovely, just what we needed.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The five-course set menu for £25 is a steal. Food came out fast, which is perfect for a short break. Menu changes often, so might swing by again.

Been here for lunch loads, tried dinner this time. Food's always fresh and tasty, chef knows his stuff. It's a small spot, so definitely book ahead. No parking either, but the vibe makes up for it – feels like a proper little Italian joint.

Been here a few times. The steak's good for what you pay. Not the top-tier stuff, but it's solid. Had the ribeye last night, cooked just right. Decent portion too.

Sunday roast was a proper treat. The meat was cooked just right, and the roast potatoes had that perfect crisp. Portions are generous for what you pay. Could have done with a bit more gravy, but that's a small thing.

Came for a special dinner. The round tables are comfortable, and the relaxed yet elegant atmosphere was spot on. The wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely with our mains. A bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for the setting.

Owner was lovely, really took time to help us pick. Food was tasty and looked nice on the plate. Had the grilled sea bass and the lamb stew, both were solid. A bit on the pricier side, but the service made it feel okay.

The team here are so good with kids. They brought over some crayons and paper without us even asking, and my little one was happy the whole time. Makes a big difference when you're trying to have a meal.

The staff were really attentive. I was waiting outside for a friend and someone came to check if I was okay, which was a nice gesture. It’s a small thing but made me feel properly looked after.

Everything was piping hot and served so quickly. A real find for breakfast, genuinely faultless. Just the right kind of start to the day.

Popped in last minute and Molly was super welcoming. The house wine was a nice surprise, and the food was just right. Good spot for a casual bite.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. They handled our big group and all our dietary needs without a fuss.

The three-course lunch was lovely. The dining room is so bright and airy, with big windows and those lovely high ceilings. It just feels like a really pleasant, relaxed space to enjoy a meal.
