Service was decent — even when it started pouring, they stayed friendly and sorted everything out. Food came out quick too. Pretty good spot.

Been coming here for years, the cakes are always solid. Upstairs seating is a nice bonus when the ground floor fills up. Coffee's consistent too.

Been coming here for years - the marzipan selection never disappoints. Staff remembers regulars, which says a lot. Only issue is deciding what to grab, too many good options honestly.

Been coming here for a while now. The homemade cakes are still solid, and the chickens wandering around keep the kids entertained every time. Nice spot to just sit and relax.

The cake display at the counter is really well done—you pick your slice and they bring it over. Viennese apple cake and rum cake were both solid picks.

We stopped by for breakfast with the kids. Each of them got their own plate, which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and didn’t rush us at all. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Place got a bit noisy later on, but we didn’t mind. Fine for a relaxed morning out.

The schnitzel here is what keeps me coming back. Crispy, not greasy, and the meat stays juicy inside. Portion size is decent for the price. Had the potato salad on the side too, tangy and fresh. Consistent every single time. That's rare for a place this busy.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. Place has that lived-in, comfy vibe—good for zoning out with a book or chatting. Coffee was solid, nothing fancy but done right. Interior's got some personality, lots of little details to look at. Wouldn't mind coming back on a rainy afternoon.

Been stopping by this place for a while now. Coffee's consistently solid, and they added more vegan stuff which is nice. Staff actually remembers you after a few visits. Nothing fancy, just a decent spot to grab a quick cup.

The cheesecake here is homemade and honestly the best I've had in a long time. Sat on the terrace afterwards, very relaxing. 😊

Decent spot to warm up after a hike. Homemade cakes were pretty good, service was fine. Indoor seating's a bit tight though, fills up fast.

We came with a bigger group for breakfast, and they handled it pretty well. Everyone got their food at the same time, even with a few special requests. The spread was decent and tasty. Only thing—it got a bit loud once the room filled up. Fine for a casual meet-up, though.

The apple meringue cake was really good, but honestly the lemonade alone is worth the trip. Prices are fair for the portion.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and grabbed the savory crepe plus a slice of cake. The crepe was solid, filling enough that I skipped lunch. Cake was good too, not overly sweet. Prices felt fair for what you get. It's a small place, so don't come with a big group unless you booked. I'd go back if I'm in the area.

Cozy spot with a solid cake selection, and they pack takeout nicely. Just book ahead for Sunday brunch—it fills up fast.

The Dutch cherry cake was solid—moist, not too sweet. Cozy little spot on a side street, staff friendly enough. Self-service, but that's fine for a quick coffee stop.

The pour-over was fresh and well-balanced, not too acidic. Nice that they sell their own beans too, picked up a bag for home.

Great wine list and the food was solid. Staff seemed nice but the owner hovering around made things a bit tense. Still, I'd come back for the pasta.

Everything homemade, even the cakes, and the owner’s warmth makes it special. Their wine pairing suggestion was spot on.

The sundae was decent but honestly a bit small for what they charge. Kids liked it though, so I guess that's what matters. Fine for a quick stop if you're nearby.

I had a wonderful time at Beavers with my family. The food was delicious, especially the large schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce. The cozy ambiance made it a perfect spot to unwind.

The breakfast spread was solid — eggs, fresh bread, good coffee. Staff friendly without hovering. It’s tucked away so the street noise stays low, which I appreciated. Inside got a bit crowded by mid-morning, but still manageable. A calm place to ease into the day, nothing fancy.

Stopped by after the ownership change—breakfast was solid, but lunch surprised me more. Menu feels fresher, not the same old stuff. Also noticed they’re open some evenings now, which is handy. Glad I gave it another shot.

The view alone is worth stopping here. Had the rice pudding, homemade and honestly the best I've had. Service was chill, not hovering.

Right on the harbor, view of the islands is killer. Got a table outside, food was solid. Bit of a squeeze with the crowds, but whatever. Good spot if you're in the area.

The apple cake is still as good as the first time I had it. Staff remembers regulars, which says a lot. Place gets busy but they never rush you out.

Stopped by for afternoon tea on a weekday. Terrace is nice, seats are comfortable. Got the chocolate cake — portion was generous, not overly sweet. Service was friendly enough, no complaints there. Price felt fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The seating was really comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day. Staff were friendly without hovering. I had a slice of their homemade cake and it was soft, not too sweet. Place felt calm and unhurried. Only thing is the coffee took a little while to come, but it was fine. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.
