Lovely spot right on the water. Outdoor seating is great for sunset, though the chairs could be a bit more comfortable. View alone makes it worth stopping by.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. The view over the Trave is really nice, and the eggnog was rich without being too sweet. Place has a relaxed feel, not crowded when I was there. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Decent spot if you want to sit by the river for a bit.

The cakes here are really fresh, and they have a good variety. I grabbed a slice with my coffee in the morning, it was quiet then. Later it gets busy, so I’d say come early if you want a window seat with the town hall view. Prices felt fair for the quality.

The cakes looked incredible, and the upstairs seating is really charming. Prices felt a bit steep for what you get, but the location in the old town makes up for it.

Decent marzipan, no question. Prices are a bit steep, but the quality is there. Fine for a one-time visit if you're in the area.

Nice place for coffee and cake. Marzipan cake was really good, Americano did the job. Service got a bit slow when it got busy, but prices are fair for the area.

The grilled octopus was the standout. Cooked properly, tender, not rubbery. The seasoning was spot on. Portion size is decent for the price. The rest of the meal was fine. Slightly slow service, but I wasn't in a rush. I'd come back for that octopus alone.

Stopped by for coffee and cake. Cappuccino was solid, dessert hit the spot. Place is small but cozy, staff friendly enough. Prices are okay for what you get. Nothing fancy, but I'd sit here again if I'm in the area.

Service was really good when we stopped by. Friendly people, quick, and they kept checking if everything was alright. Made us feel looked after, no complaints there. Maybe a bit too attentive at times, but honestly, that's better than trying to flag someone down. Solid spot if you're after decent service.

The seasonal waffle with strawberries looked almost too good to eat. The ice cream portion was generous, not just one scoop. Prices are fair for what you get. Service was quick, which I appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The apple pie with ice cream is still great. Hosts are friendly too. We stop by every holiday, already thinking about next year.

Nice cake selection, and they actually have a vegan breakfast option. Staff was friendly enough. Got my order quick, which I appreciate during lunch rush. Solid spot for a quick bite.

Came here three times on our trip — friend told us about it. Cozy spot, staff was nice. Tried the Franzbrötchen, the award-winning one. Pretty good, flaky and sweet. Breakfast menu is huge, covers classic stuff and modern stuff. Place was a bit busy but fine.

Ordered pizza to the hotel since we were too tired to go out. Arrived hot and right on time, which honestly never happens with delivery. Driver was super nice too. Pizza itself was solid, one of the better ones around here. Would grab it again if we're back in the area 🍕

Stopped by for a quick dinner last week. Portions are solid, no complaints there. Staff kept checking in, maybe a bit too much, but they meant well. Food was decent, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Place gets busy around 7, so go early if you want a quiet table. I’d come back if I’m in the area.

This café has a beautiful atmosphere with a lovely garden setting. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy delicious homemade cakes.

The view of Lake Pönitz from this café is really something. I had a slice of their fresh cake, which was tasty, and the self-service setup makes it easy to just grab what you want and sit down. It’s a simple place, nothing fancy, but that’s fine. Just a heads up, it can get a bit busy, so finding a seat might take a moment.
