Love the art deco vibe here, really takes you back. Had the espresso martini, it was spot on. Just a bit too dim for my liking, but the atmosphere is cool.

Popped in for a pint after a walk. The space is huge and spotless, really fresh feel. But the view from the terrace is the real draw—just spectacular. Menu looked good, might come back to eat.

The service here is pretty good. Staff are friendly and efficient, even when it's busy. They kept an eye on our table without being intrusive. A solid experience overall.

Wasn't expecting much, just wanted a quick bite. The Cornish pudding though? Actually really good. The cafe itself is pretty cute too.

The local beers on tap were solid, and the gin menu was a nice addition. Good spot for a casual pint.

Been coming here for years. The 10-hour lamb is still the star, just falls apart on the fork. The scallops are always fresh. Those little chorizo bread rolls to start are a nice touch.

Booked ahead for a Saturday evening, which was necessary. The place was full and had a good, lively buzz. It's a relaxed spot for a meal, but the noise level makes conversation a bit tricky.

Been coming here for years, and the beef stroganoff never disappoints. It's always exactly how I remember it—rich, creamy, and comes with those same great veg. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years. The private room upstairs is always perfect for our family gatherings.

Upstairs is a bit quieter, which was nice. The staff were helpful when we needed the ramp for wheelchair access. Decent spot for a relaxed meal.

The burger was delicious. I really appreciated that they used fresh, locally sourced greens and a whole grain bun as an option. Made for a satisfying and balanced meal. The vibe here is nice, too.

Amelia gave a helpful rundown of the menu. The braised lamb shank was the standout - fell off the bone, rich sauce, really well done. That's what I'll remember.

Met up with friends here for a catch-up. The treacle tart was spot on, just like my nan used to make! The staff were really nice about swapping out the custard for cream for my mate. A good, relaxed spot for a long chat.

Lovely little spot tucked away. The egg and cress sandwich was generous and fresh, and the tables were really well-spaced.

Server was on point. Friendly, quick with the app ordering, and checked in just enough. Calzone and Pollo Pesto were cooked well, no complaints there. Solid service made the lunch efficient.

Been coming for years, and the pizza crust is always spot on.

The pizza's made fresh to order. Really liked the base and the toppings were spot on. Good for a late bite.

Great spot for a catch-up with mates! The portions are huge, so sharing a few plates is the way to go. Everything tasted super fresh. We left absolutely stuffed without breaking the bank.

Relaxed spot with a good menu selection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

The John Dory special was cooked just right, really tasty. The staff were lovely, found us a table even though it was busy. My only note is the wine list felt a bit limited for a place like this—a few more interesting whites would have been ideal with the fish. Still, a nice evening.

The green curry takeaway was solid. Really liked the jasmine rice, it had a nice fragrance and wasn't soggy at all. The curry itself had good flavour, though I wish there was a bit more chicken in it. Staff were friendly when I picked it up.

The full English breakfast is the thing to get here. It's cooked fresh, not greasy at all. The bacon was crisp, the eggs runny just right. Portions are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. It's a proper breakfast that actually fills you up.

Came back for the lamb shank, it's just as good as I remembered. The meat falls right off the bone and the gravy is rich without being heavy. A solid choice when you're nearby.

The fish and chips are top notch. The batter is light and crisp, and the fish is so fresh it just flakes apart. Really enjoyed the relaxed, airy feel of the dining room too.

The garlic naan was so good - fresh and hot, made to order. It was the star of our little catch-up dinner. The tikka masala was tasty too, but honestly, we just kept ordering more naan to share. Perfect for a relaxed meal with friends.

Dog-friendly spot, they even have treats for your pup. Nice for a quick bite with the furry friend. Got a sandwich, came out fast.

The location is handy for a quick bite after hiking. I just grabbed a simple burger. The patty was juicy, but the bun got a bit soggy from the sauce.
