The homemade pasta is a must-try. I had the carbonara and it was spot on. Wish the portion was a bit bigger though.

Burgers were solid, came out quick even with a full table. Service did the job, no complaints. Good spot if you're hungry and don't want to mess around.

Loved the tagliatelle here — pasta was fresh and the seasonal sauce actually tasted like it came from the garden. Terrace view of the church is a nice bonus. Service was a bit slow but worth it.

Nice spot for a casual bite. The view over the harbour and Manoel Island is the real draw here. A glass of crisp white matched the seafood well. Service was friendly, though it got a bit busy around noon.

Pizza was decent, but the sushi was the real surprise. Got a mixed platter for the table. Music got way too loud later on, could barely hear myself think. Fine if you want a party vibe, not for a proper catch-up.

Tasting menu was solid—glazed pork skewer really stood out, tender and juicy. Aman handled service well, no complaints there. Good spot if you want variety without overthinking it.

Cozy spot inside, feels like a different world from the street noise. Had a good meal, service was friendly enough. Parking's a pain though, took me ages to find a spot.

The pistachio pasta with guanciale was spot on — creamy but not heavy, and the meat added just enough saltiness. I liked that there were proper veggie options too, not just the usual one sad salad. Place was a bit warm inside though, could’ve done with more air. Still, I’d go back for that pasta.

The sommelier really knew their stuff—picked a great local wine to go with our meal. The BBQ octopus was the standout dish. Comfortable seating too, which I always appreciate.

The hummus here was proper—creamy and fresh. Grilled meats came out juicy too. Seafront spot makes it easy to stop by after a walk. Prices felt fair for what you get.

We've been coming here for a while now, and the pool area is the main reason. Food's always consistent, which I appreciate. This last time, Timur was on the ball, sorting us out with drinks without us even asking. It's just a solid, easy afternoon out. The place can get a bit busy, but that's a good sign, I guess.

The pizzas here are simply excellent, with high-quality ingredients and perfect dough. The warm and friendly atmosphere, along with attentive service, makes it an ideal spot for a great meal.

No. 8 of Local Restaurants in Valletta

Pizza was solid, crust had a good chew. Service was friendly and quick enough. Place is easy to find, right in the center. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Fine for a casual meal if you're in the area. No real complaints.

The pistachio croissant was stuffed—almost too much filling, but honestly that's a win. Fair price for the area too. Solid spot if you need something sweet.

Stopped by for dinner last week—the beef sirloin really stood out, cooked exactly as asked. Lamb was tender too, no complaints there. We grabbed a bottle of their Sicilian red to go with it, worked nicely. Service kept things moving without hovering. Price felt fair for what you get, especially with the Bib Gourmand nod. Place was a bit busy, but that's on us for going late.

Great spot to chill with friends over dinner. The seafood was super fresh and the local wine list is solid. Service kept it easygoing, no rush at all.

The garganelli with prawns had a sauce worth sopping up with bread. A nice glass of Vermentino would've paired well.

The homemade tiramisu was the highlight for me—soft, not too sweet, and clearly made fresh that day. The place itself has that casual, homey feel, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and take your time. Staff were friendly too, though it did get a bit warm inside when it got busier. Still, I'd go back just for that dessert.

The slow-cooked rabbit was really tender, fell right off the bone. I mostly came for something lighter but ended up sharing a pizza too, it was decent. Service was a bit all over the place, they seemed new. Still, the marina view is lovely, made sitting there easy. Would go back for the rabbit, maybe on a quieter evening.

The salmon was really good, mussels in white wine sauce were a solid start. Service lagged a bit but the food made up for it.

The caponata di pesce spada was a nice surprise - those green olives really made it. Paccheri al nero di seppia had a good balance too. Quiet spot for a weekday lunch, though service was a bit slow.

Been coming here for a while now, and the view of the church from the terrace still gets me. Menu's got plenty of options, tried a few things over time, all solid. Prices are fair for what you get. Hosts remember you, which is nice. Not the cheapest spot in town, but you're paying for the setting.

Came for the Spinola Bay view, ended up staying for the food. Balcony seats are lovely around sunset, that golden light over the water. The porterhouse for two was plenty, cooked just right. Slightly pricey but the setting makes up for it. Would come back for a special evening.

The cappuccino was solid—right temperature, good foam. Quiet enough to get some work done. That’s really all I needed.

Boston cream donut was solid, chocolate topping on point and not too sweet. Fair price for a quick bite.

Great spot right by the sea. Pasta was really good, fresh and tasty. Service friendly enough. Took a while to get the food since it was packed, but no complaints after eating.

Been coming here for a while now, and the prawn risotto is still the reason I keep going back. Had it again last week, creamy, well seasoned, no complaints. The pistachio cheesecake was good too, not too sweet. Place is basic, nothing fancy, but honestly that’s fine when the food stays this consistent.

English breakfast was solid, croissants decent. Staff friendly, not hovering. Price felt right for what you get. Nothing fancy but does the job.

The grilled octopus here was properly tender, not rubbery at all. I’m picky about seafood freshness and this didn’t disappoint. Portions are generous for the price, which I appreciate. Sat by the window watching the boats while eating—simple and nice. Only wish they had a few more vegetable sides, but the calamari made up for it.

Loved the waterfront vibe here—sat outside and it felt properly local. Food was solid, portions generous for the price.
