The cappuccino was spot on and the smoked salmon bagel hit the spot. Plenty of power sockets around, which is handy if you need to get some work done. Solid little spot for a coffee break.

Stopped by this little place in the craft village for a quick bite. Got the salmon ciabatta and a ftira — both were solid, bread was fresh. Staff were friendly enough, smiled when we walked in. Place is small but fine for a short stop. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot.

Fresh seafood right by the harbor — the tuna fillet was a solid, generous portion. Staff knew their stuff when I asked for suggestions. View didn't hurt either.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. The tiramisu was solid—clearly homemade, not from a box. Wine list covers local and Italian well enough. Prices fair for what you get. Service was a bit slow midweek, but nothing painful. Good spot if you're in the area and don't want to overthink it.

The food was decent and the plating looked nice. Service was friendly enough. Grilled veg came out more steamed than grilled, which was a bit of a letdown. Otherwise, pretty good meal.

Took the kids here for a birthday. Food was decent and the waterslide kept them busy. Staff did their job, no complaints. Price was fair for what you get.

Came here with a couple of friends last week and honestly the fish soup was the highlight—so rich and flavourful. The catch of the day was done really well too, simple but tasty. It’s a bit fancier than the other places along the water, but the price felt fair for what you get. Nice spot if you want a chill dinner without the touristy chaos.

Kids play area kept them busy for a while. Food was decent, nothing crazy. Had the grilled chicken, came out juicy but the sides were a bit bland. Portion size was fair for the price. Place was packed but we still got our food in reasonable time. Would eat here again if we're in the area.

Been coming here for a while now, and it's still my go-to when I want a drink outside. The staff remembered me and grabbed a sunny table without me even asking. Food's decent, drinks are cold. Gets packed on weekends so you might wait a bit, but that's fine by me.

Decent spot for a relaxed evening. The decor is a bit all over the place but in a good way—lots of character. I had the vegan dessert and it was pretty good, not too sweet. Staff were friendly without hovering. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area again.

Strawberry smoothie was spot on, really refreshing after a swim. Service stayed friendly even when it got busy. Been coming here for a while, still does the job.

Solid spot right by the bus station. Portions are generous and prices fair. Staff sorted out a small mix-up without any fuss.

The grilled octopus was really good—tender, not rubbery at all. I sat outside and the view over Xlendi bay made it feel like more of a treat than just dinner. Service was friendly but a bit slow once it got busy. Still, I left full and happy. Would come back for the calamari alone.

Creative cocktails, and the bartender actually knew what he was doing. House-made ingredients made a difference. Good spot to grab a drink before heading out.

No. 1 of Bars in Valletta

Stopped by for a quick drink and honestly ended up staying way longer than planned 😅 That pistachio latte was so good. Place is tiny but the quiet street location makes it feel like a little escape from the chaos. Great spot if you're catching up with a friend and don't want to be rushed out.

Stopped by for a drink on Thursday night and honestly the cocktails hit the spot. Strong pour for the price, bartender was really friendly too. Place has a chill vibe, nothing fancy but does the job. Might be a bit loud if you want deep conversation, but fine for catching up with a friend.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly didn’t expect much. The presentation was way better than I thought, and the host actually seemed to care. Got my food fast too, which was nice. Only thing is the place got a bit loud later on. Still, solid spot if you’re nearby.

The owner’s son chatted with us like we were regulars. Food had that homecooked feel, you could tell someone actually cared. 👍

The full English breakfast really hit the spot, and my cappuccino had that perfect froth on top. Service was quick too, which made it easy to just sit back and chat with my friends.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Got the kangaroo special. Cooked just right, fell apart with the fork. Flavor was solid. Drinks were cheap too, which was a nice surprise. Service was quick, no waiting around. Good spot if you need something fast and decent.

The terrace seating is really comfortable, not too cramped. I sat outside for lunch and the chairs were actually cushioned, which made it easy to stay for a while. Service was friendly without hovering. Food came out at a good pace. Just a decent spot to relax and eat without any fuss.

Solid ftira right by the Mdina gate. Fresh and filling. Cakes looked good too. Nice spot to just sit with a coffee.

The chicken caesar wrap was solid—fresh and filling. Outdoor tables right by the mall are handy if you want a quick bite. Prices fair for the area.

Set menu with friends was solid. Spring rolls and beef skewers were the best part. Portions are generous, service efficient. Almost too much food, honestly.

The pistachio gelato was more icy than creamy, kinda disappointing for €4. Location's super handy if you're already in the area though.

The octopus was properly tender, not chewy at all. I had the oysters too and they were really fresh. Portions are decent for the price. Service was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, the chairs got hard after a while. Still, a solid meal if you're in the area.

Been coming here for a while now, and honestly it's the almond and peach pie that keeps me walking back. Had the chicken, parma and mozzarella baguette this time too, still good. Place is small, near Floriana square, easy to miss. Service is quick enough. Just wish they had more seating, but that's it.

Although the food is simple, the location in the Upper Barrakka Gardens provides fantastic views that enhance the experience.

Stopped here for lunch after walking around the harbor. The octopus was the standout—grilled just right, tender, not rubbery at all. View of the water from the table was a nice bonus. Service was friendly, nothing over the top. Prices felt fair for what you get. Wouldn't mind coming back to try the rest of the menu.
