The fish here is really fresh, you can taste it right away. I had the lunch special and thought the portion was fair for what you pay. It's not cheap, but for that quality I didn't mind. Just wish they had a few more vegetable sides, felt a bit heavy on the protein.

The menu descriptions are really well written, and the food actually matches up. Ingredients taste fresh every time I've been back.

The lunch menu’s a solid deal, and that fried fish in curry was so good 😋 Banana sticky rice hit the spot too.

Cozy spot, decent breakfast, staff friendly. Place is small though—book ahead if the weather's bad. Solid choice for a quick bite.

The handmade lemonade was good, but the water costs way too much. Sushi rice came out a bit starchy, not the usual texture I expect. Still, the fish itself was fresh enough. Decent spot for a quick bite, just skip the overpriced drinks.

Fries were decent—crispy outside, soft inside. Not the cheapest, but pretty good for Mannheim.

The lunch buffet here is pretty solid for the price. I mostly stuck to the salads and grilled veggies, they tasted fresh and not like they'd been sitting out too long. Good spot if you want a decent meal without spending too much. Maybe not the biggest selection, but enough to fill you up.

Stopped by for a coffee and a slice of cake. The place has this old-school charm, quite cozy. Prices are fair for what you get, though the slice was a bit smaller than I expected. Staff were nice, didn't rush me at all. Fine spot if you're in the area and want a quiet break.

Small spot, so book ahead - we learned that the hard way on a Friday night. Staff were friendly enough, got us seated within 10 minutes. The all-you-can-eat menu has decent variety, though nothing mind-blowing. Portions come out quick, which matters when you're hungry. Fine for a casual dinner, just don't expect anything fancy.

The sushi itself was fresh, that’s for sure. The rice was a bit plain though. For the price, it’s a decent spot if you need a sushi fix.

The chicken shawarma had that smoky char, veggies gave it a sweet crunch. Bread was soft but buttery from the press. One roll filled me up.

Stopped by for a quick drink. Bartender mixed it fast, no fuss. Place is chill, not too loud. Good spot if you just wanna grab something and not deal with small talk. Prices are fair for what you get. Solid choice for a quick stop.

Coffee and bagel at Mannheim Hbf. Decent enough for a quick stop. Place was packed though, took a while to get served. Coffee was fine, nothing special. Staff friendly. Good if you're in a rush and need something fast.

The lunch menu is a solid deal, honestly. Portions are generous and the food came out quicker than I expected. I grabbed a veggie curry and it was fresh, not swimming in sauce like some places. Only real downside is the seating, a bit cramped if you're there at peak time. But for a quick, affordable bite, it does the job.

Came for the tteokbokki with sweet potato — that one really stood out. Ingredients tasted fresh, not like the usual frozen stuff. Owner was nice, checked if everything was okay. Only thing: it's not cheap. I paid a bit more than I normally would for Korean food, but the portion was decent so I didn't leave hungry.

Nice spot by the water tower—cheese plate was solid for a light bite. Bit pricey but the view makes up for it. 😊

The flat white here was properly made—smooth, not too hot, good balance. They do V60 and cold drip too, which I appreciate. Beans seem fresh, though I can’t tell if they roast in-house. Prices are a bit steep for Mannheim, but you’re paying for the craft. I’d come back for a slow coffee when I’m nearby.

Sat at the bar and watched the chefs work—always my favorite spot. They had a nice Riesling by the glass that paired well with the fresh rolls. Staff spoke several languages, which helped a lot. Service dragged a bit once it got busy, but the food made up for it.

Stopped by for a drink after work. The place has a decent vibe, nothing fancy but fine for a quick catch-up. I tried one of the non-alcoholic cocktails—too sweet for me, tasted a bit artificial. If you're into that, go for it. Service was quick though, and the location is easy to get to. Fair for what it is.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Burger was solid, cooked properly, bun held up well. Place was busy but I could still have a conversation without shouting. Menu has some creative options beyond the usual pub fare. Service was efficient, no waiting around for the check. Fair price for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The lunch menu here is decent for the price, and the burgers hold up well in the evening. I went with a glass of red instead of a cocktail—it paired better with the beef. Nothing fancy, but it’s a reliable spot when you don’t want to think too hard about where to eat.

Nice spot, cocktails were decent. Outdoor seating is nice but chairs get uncomfortable after a while. Staff friendly enough. Good for a quick drink, wouldn't stay too long.

Pasta was fresh, sauce had real flavor. You pick your own combo, which I like. Staff actually pays attention, got my order right fast. Place looks plain, nothing fancy, but who cares when the food's this good. Solid spot for a quick lunch.

The pizza was solid, pasta cooked just right too. Owners were super chill when we changed our order last minute. Would come back next time we're in the area. 🍕

Simple food, nothing fancy, but the price is what gets you. Portion was decent for what I paid. Self-service canteen style, fine for a quick bite.
