Came here for drinks and the owner Michael actually remembered us from last time. That never happens in Heidelberg lol. The cocktails were solid, especially the one with basil. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening but it's got that cozy neighborhood bar vibe. Definitely my go-to spot now when I'm in town.

The inside is way nicer than the outside looks. Got there late after a long hike and they still took us in. Friendly service, decent food.

Stopped by for a quick bite with a friend and honestly the burgers hit the spot 🍔 Place has a really chill vibe, not too loud so we could actually talk. Prices are fair for what you get. Only thing is we waited a bit for our food but whatever, we weren't in a rush.

The view from the terrace is unbeatable, but the self-service drinks thing was a bit confusing. Lunch was decent for the price though.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the currywurst and a side salad. Portion was generous, definitely enough for the price. Sausage had a nice snap, sauce was decent. Place was busy but I got my food fast. Solid if you're hungry and don't want to overthink it. Not mind-blowing, but it does the job.

Flat white here is actually decent — took me a while to find one in town that isn't burnt. Sat outside, watched people wander by, no rush at all. Staff left me alone until I needed a refill, which I appreciated. Would've liked a glass of wine with it, but they don't seem to do that sort of thing. Fine for what it is.

The fried potatoes here were exactly what I needed – crispy, salty, done right. No fuss, just solid traditional cooking. Service was friendly enough, and I didn't have to wait long for a table. Place felt comfortable, not too loud. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The Flammkuchen was really good, crispy just right. Sitting outside on the square made it a nice relaxed evening. Prices felt fair for what you get.
