The pasta here is still solid after all these visits. Prices crept up a bit, but the quality never drops. That's why I keep coming back.

The hot stone steak is such a fun idea—you cook it yourself right at the table, so it’s exactly how you want it. Meat was tender, and the homemade sauces really stood out. Wish the portion was a bit bigger, but honestly, the experience made up for it. Would come back for that alone.

Stumbled in here without expecting much. Got that rye cocktail, "The Currant Situation" — pretty damn good. Bartender knew what they were doing. Even helped me figure out the train back to Mannheim. Place has a nice buzz to it. Maybe a bit loud by the bar, but whatever. Solid stop.

The beef in the burger was properly juicy, no complaints there. Portion felt a bit small for the price though. Cozy spot, kinda quirky inside.

Nice spot right by the river for a drink. Beer garden was lovely, staff friendly enough. Just wish they had more shade, got a bit warm sitting out.

Tandoori chicken was properly charred and juicy. Right in the old town, easy to find. Parking's a bit of a hassle though, had to walk a few blocks.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the braised pork cheeks in red wine sauce were the highlight 😋 The old building gives it a nice cozy vibe, perfect for a chill dinner. Wild boar ragout was okay but a bit dry. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Would go back for the pork cheeks alone.

Solid Greek spot. Had the souvlaki, decent portion for the price. Service was quick, no complaints. Nothing fancy but does the job for a casual meal. 👍

Stopped by for a quick dinner and the pasta was solid. Got the tagliatelle and it was cooked just right. Place has this old-school vibe, kinda reminds me of places back home. Service was friendly, nothing over the top. Only thing is it got a bit loud when it filled up. Fine for a casual bite though.

The lunch menu here is a solid deal — the schnitzel was huge and came with a proper fresh salad on the side. Staff were friendly and switched to English without any fuss. Only thing: it got a bit busy around 1pm, so we waited a little for the bill. But honestly, for the portion size and quality, I’d come back.

The goulash was proper—rich, hearty, exactly what I needed on a cold day. Found this spot right in the center of Speyer, no fuss, just good food.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a glass of wine. The focaccia was really good, soft and fresh. They've got a solid wine selection too, not the usual stuff you see everywhere. Picked up a few Italian things to take home for dinner. Place was a bit busy but that's fine. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Big salads and a solid burger menu right by Bismarckplatz. Got there on a Saturday without a reservation and waited a bit, so book ahead if you can.

Been coming here for a while now. The escargot is still as good as the first time I tried it. Garlic butter done right, not too heavy. Staff remembers me, which is always a plus. Wine list is okay, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening, but that's part of the charm I guess. Solid spot if you know what you're looking for.

Stopped by for a quick bite and grabbed a couple of slices. Pizza was decent, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Staff were friendly and didn't have to wait long even though it was pretty busy. Sat by the window and watched people pass by, which was nice. Fine if you just want something easy without fuss.

The chicken skewers were decent but honestly the spring rolls stole the show. Portion size felt a bit small for what we paid though.

Decent spot for coffee and cake. Interior is spacious, and the cake selection changes daily. Tried the hazelnut one, pretty good.

The Dornfelder scoop with real grapes in it was pretty unique. Nice to see someone actually putting thought into the product. Portion was decent for the price too.

The salmon was buttery and the pasta had that perfect bite. Quite pricey for what you get, but the quality of the ingredients really came through.

Food was decent, but getting the bill took forever. Ended up paying the next morning because the system messed up. Staff were nice though, just seemed swamped.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the schnitzel, it came out fast, hot, and crispy. No complaints there. Place was busy but I didn't wait long. Solid if you need a decent bite without the fuss.

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the staff were friendly. Chocolate selection looked great too, though I only tried a piece of cake. Comfortable spot to sit and take your time.

Decent spot right by the station, parking was easy. Had the pasta with sausage — pretty good. Staff spoke English, which helped.

The pizza was proper—light crust, nice chew, tomato sauce actually tasted of something. Felt genuinely Italian in there, even if you're squeezed in a bit. Just watch the bill, mine came out a little higher than the menu said. Staff were friendly enough though.

Stopped by for a quick bite in Heidelberg. Got the vegan currywurst — pretty solid, not gonna lie. Sat outside and watched people go by. Staff spoke English fine, which helped. Nothing fancy, but it did the job for a cheap lunch.

The fish was really good — cooked just right, flaky and fresh. Cozy little place, not too loud. I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

Right in the middle of town, two minutes from the Rathaus. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but the price felt fair for what you got. Place was clean too. I had a glass of their house red with the schnitzel, worked well enough. Decor's a bit dated, kinda retro actually. Fine for a casual stop if you're nearby.

Tried this place for the first time on Saturday. The flavors really reminded me of home. Service was friendly, nothing fancy, but the food did the talking.

Great veggie selection here. The mint chutney and zucchini snacks were the best part. Cozy spot, staff really friendly. Drinks were meh, but the food made up for it.

The lighting in there was warm, almost dim, and it made the whole place feel cozier than I expected. Food was tasty, no complaints there. Some decent deals on the menu too, which is always a plus. Maybe a bit quiet for a Friday night, but honestly, that worked in its favor.
