Found this spot tucked away through an arch on Bridge Street. The inside feels like stepping into another place entirely, really cosy and atmospheric.

The peppered mushrooms were the star for me - you can tell the chef really cares about the little things. Food was piping hot even with the app ordering, which is super handy.

The fish curry was so fresh and flavourful! Perfect for sharing with friends.

Lovely spot. The owners genuinely care, offering suggestions when the menu felt a bit overwhelming. Portions were generous, which I appreciated. Just a really nice, unpretentious meal.

Service was attentive for our large group, and the food came out at a good pace. Everyone seemed pretty happy with their meals.

Been coming here for years, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. Ordered the birthday set for a big group last week, and everything came out hot and together - no small feat. Ash and the team just get it right, time after time.

The space itself is so lovely and authentic. Clean lines, warm lighting, and those little ceramic details on the tables. It just felt right, you know? Really sets a calm mood for the meal.

Owner's super nice. Chatted with us for a bit, made us feel right at home. That kind of personal touch is rare.

The curry was really good, flavourful and comforting. But the place itself felt a bit... flat? The lighting was a bit harsh, just missing that cosy warmth I was hoping for.

Grabbed takeaway from here and they were so helpful packing everything up! The flavours were spot on, really fresh and balanced. Portions are generous too, definitely got two meals out of it.

Service is always friendly and efficient. The team clearly takes pride in their work, which makes for a pleasant visit.

Booked the pub for a birthday with a South African theme. The boerewors and bobotie were spot on. Great spot for a casual pint afterwards too.

Came in without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really friendly and attentive throughout.

The fish cakes were a solid choice. Made with local ingredients, you can tell it's homemade. Gets packed at lunch though, had to wait a bit for a table. Good for a quick bite if you time it right.

The pizza bases are so thin and crisp, just how I like them. My Margherita had such fresh, bright tomato sauce. The spicy one was good too, but the quality of the ingredients in the classic really stood out. A lovely, simple lunch.

First time trying their new spot. Really liked the cosy vibe - dim lighting, comfy booths. The truffle fries were a solid choice, crispy and not too greasy. Good for a chilled catch-up.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Got the pork gyros wrap, good portion size. Tzatziki was really tasty. In and out in 15 minutes.

Been coming here for ages, it’s my go-to for a comforting meal. The food always tastes fresh and feels like a proper home-cooked dinner. Just a heads up, it does get busy, so booking a table is a good idea.

The fish here is cooked fresh to order. Really thick, white, and flaky - some of the best I've had from a Sheffield chippy.

A solid choice for a group dinner. Six of us had starters, mains, drinks, and desserts. The final bill was very reasonable for what we ordered. Service was efficient, got us in and out in good time.

Had a show to catch later, and the staff were really on top of things, made sure we were out with time to spare. The food itself was full of flavour and cooked just right.

The portions here are huge! Honestly, one main could easily feed two. For the quality of the cooking, the prices feel very fair. I left absolutely stuffed and with a doggy bag.

Great spot near the uni and hospital. The free parking is a lifesaver around here – just had to pop my reg at the bar. Made a quick lunch stop so much easier.

Had a fantastic visit recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience truly enjoyable.

Booked ahead and glad we did, it was packed. The Guinness is top notch, one of the best pints around.

Portions are generous, mussels and lasagna were solid. The BYOB policy is a practical plus. Service was efficient, got the bill quickly. A straightforward spot for a reliable meal.

Service was prompt, orders arrived in under 15 minutes. Good for a quick business lunch. Tables are well-spaced, no crowding.

Grabbed the half chicken with rice for takeout. Good portion, rice was the proper old-school style. Seasoning was spot on. Quick service, which is handy when you're just picking up on the way home.

Menu has solid variety, especially for vegetarians. The halloumi and Korean fried chicken stood out. Good for a quick business lunch near the office.

Friendly service, but can be a bit slow as everything's made fresh. The wait is worth it for their sous vide duck leg, though.
