The outdoor seating here looks right onto the square, which I really liked. Had the seafood pasta and it was fresh, nicely done. Prices felt fair for the spot. Service was friendly enough, though I did have to wait a bit to get the bill. But honestly, sitting outside and watching people go by made it a pleasant lunch.

Decent spot for Austrian food. Schnitzel was solid, beer list is long enough. Prices fair for what you get. Service friendly but nothing fancy. I'd come back if I'm in the area.

The rooms here are genuinely spacious, and waking up to that glacier view from the bed was something else. Alpine decor fits the setting perfectly. Bed was firm in the right way—slept like a log after a long day outside. Only wish the minibar had a better local wine selection. A Grüner Veltliner would've been a nice touch.

Lamb was spot on, tender and still juicy. Portion size decent for the price, which is rare around here. Place is easy to miss, tucked away near the glacier road. Had to wait a bit for the bill, but honestly didn't care. Would eat that again after a day up on the mountain.

The veggie pizza was really good, 10/10 for sure. Tomato with basil was almost as nice. Portions felt a bit small for what you pay, but the place itself has a nice German-Italian vibe. Staff were polite.

The vitello tonnato was spot on, and the Venetian liver didn’t disappoint either. Pizza was solid too, honestly better than I expected for a quick stop. Place wasn’t fancy, but the food did the talking. Service was fast enough for a lunch break, so I got in and out without wasting time.

We came here for a special dinner and honestly the view alone was worth it. Food was solid, especially the schnitzel—crispy and not greasy. Service was friendly but a bit slow at times, though they were busy. I'd come back just for the atmosphere, really nice spot for a relaxed evening.

Stayed here for a few nights. Room was clean enough, bed comfortable. But the front desk staff... not great. Called ahead about something, got a short answer. Then at dinner, same attitude. Like they were bothered by us being there. Shame, because the place itself is decent. Just wish the people were friendlier.

Great pizza and they actually joked with me about my weird topping combo 😄 Lasagna was solid too. Fun spot to hit up with friends.

The chicken masala was really good, proper Indian spices. Service was friendly and attentive too. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but overall a solid meal.

We stopped by on a quiet Tuesday evening. The seafood pizza was really good—lots of shrimp and mussels, not skimpy at all. Staff was friendly, checked on us just the right amount. Only thing: it got a bit loud when more people came in. But for a casual dinner, it did the job. I'd go back for that pizza.

The trout was fresh and cooked just right, but honestly the portion felt a bit small for the price. Nice terrace though, and the homemade dessert made up for it a little.

Stopped by for dinner and ended up chatting with the staff way longer than planned 😄 They’re super friendly, made us feel like locals. Had breakfast too—simple but good. The mountain view from the table is the real highlight though. Would come back just for that.

Pizza was solid, thin crust done right. Pasta was okay for the price. Staff friendly, didn't have to wait long.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the spinach dumplings. Honestly pretty decent for the price. Portion size was fair, nothing crazy but you won't leave hungry. Service was quick, which I appreciated since I was in a bit of a rush. Sat outside but a few people were smoking nearby, kinda annoying. Still, for what it costs, it does the job.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Schnitzel was solid, came out fast which I appreciated. Place has that proper Bavarian feel, nothing fancy but real. Staff didn't hover, just got the job done. Menu's mostly meat though, so if you're not into that, options are thin. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Stopped here for a drink and the view really got me. Such a charming spot to just sit and watch the day go by. Service was a bit all over the place, but honestly didn't care much. Would come back for the atmosphere alone.

Came back after a year mainly for the kaiserschmarrn. Still as good as I remembered, fluffy and not too sweet. That’s rare for me to say about a dessert. Portion was generous too. Place was busy but I didn’t mind. Just wish they had a bit more seating by the window.

The menu at Wurzelwerk is reasonably priced considering the high quality of the food. It's a great option for those looking for fine dining without breaking the bank.

Stayed here for two nights. Location is a bit out of the center, but tram stop is literally outside the door. Room was clean, modern enough. Staff sorted an extra pillow without fuss. That was about it. Fine for a short business trip, nothing more. If you need to be in the old town, factor in the commute.

Came here with a couple of friends on a busy evening. Food was solid, we shared a few plates and everything tasted fresh. The vibe is nice for hanging out, though service gets a bit scattered when it’s packed. Took a while to get our drinks refilled, but we weren’t in a rush. Would sit outside again for sure 🌿

The schnitzel was spot on. Light crust, well-seasoned, pork was decent quality. Potato salad had good flavour too. Solid place for classic Austrian food if you don't want the tourist-trap stuff. Nothing fancy, but the food does the talking.

Stopped by for dinner and ordered the duck — crispy skin was spot on, really juicy inside. Schnitzel looked great too, golden and hefty. Portions are generous, almost too much for me. Cozy place, felt like a proper Bavarian spot. Just wish they had a bit more variety on the menu.

Big pizzas, arrived fast, and honestly pretty tasty for the price. The tiramisu was a solid way to end. Just remember to bring cash, they don't take cards.

The mushroom schnitzel still hits the spot—light crust, good beer list. Been coming here for a while and it stays consistent.

Came here for dinner and got the Schweinshaxe—super crispy skin, meat fell right off the bone. Portion was huge, honestly couldn’t finish it all. Beer was cold and fresh, paired well with everything. Prices felt fair for what you get. Place was busy but we found a table quickly. Solid spot if you want real Bavarian food without tourist prices.

Stopped by for the four-course menu. Plating was clean, execution solid. Wine list reasonably priced, especially compared to what you'd pay elsewhere in Germany. Service was efficient, no fuss. Decent spot if you're in the area and want a proper meal without overpaying.

Nice spot by the pond, kids liked the animals and playground. Beer list was solid, food did the job. Nothing fancy but fine for a stop.

The schnitzels were pretty good—Nacho and Hawaiian were the standouts. Apple donuts with ice cream finished things off nicely. Decent spot.
