I was impressed by the innovative presentation and delicate flavors of the dishes. The Japanese course meal was delightful and worth every penny.

Restaurant in The Windsor Hotel TOYA,Vignette Collection

The window seats here offer a lovely view of Lake Toya. It's a peaceful spot for a quiet meal. The chairs were quite comfortable, which was nice for a longer lunch.

The staff was so nice! They remembered my name from the reservation and checked in just the right amount. It felt really welcoming without being over the top.

The hamburger steak here was firm and juicy, not too soft. I really liked the demi-glace sauce, it had a nice red wine aroma. The booth seating was comfortable and made for a relaxed meal.

The Kogane pork omelette was a standout, perfectly cooked and rich. Their sukiyaki hotpot was also solid. I appreciated the wine list—found a nice Pinot Noir that paired surprisingly well with both dishes. A good spot for a relaxed dinner.

Chef Takashi Hattori created an unforgettable dining experience with a perfect blend of Hokkaido and Kyoto flavors. The sake pairing was exceptional, making it a must-visit for Japanese cuisine lovers!

Grilled pork chop was solid. Crispy outside, tender inside. The onion sauce was a good match, not too heavy. A bit pricey for the portion size, but convenient location for a business lunch.

The wood-fired pizza crust had this amazing char. Tried the wasabi one — sounds wild, but the heat and creaminess actually worked. Really unique.

As a milk lover, I really enjoyed their vanilla ice cream. The creaminess was just right, and you could tell the milk was fresh. The yogurt was also quite nice, simple and clean. A good spot for a light, wholesome treat.

The staff here are so kind. They noticed my elderly companion and offered a more comfortable seat without us even asking. That thoughtful gesture made the whole visit feel very relaxed.

They have an English menu which helps. Tried the butadon - the pork was tender, cooked just right. Main dishes are priced okay.

Love watching them make everything by hand! The staff were so chill and clearly into it. The inside looks awesome, but yeah, the outside is super easy to walk right past. 😅

The crab legs were fresh and the beef carving station was a hit with my friends! We kept going back for more. Desserts were a nice surprise too, not the usual dry buffet cakes. A solid spot for a casual group dinner.

The sukiyaki broth was a touch too salty for me. But the Shiraoi beef itself was fantastic, really tender and full of flavor.

Fully booked, but they squeezed us in. Short wait. The pasta was solid. Good vibes.

Service was really attentive even though we were just a small group. They didn't rush us at all, which was nice.

Found this cute spot while wandering around. Their shrimp curry is the real deal - creamy, with a nice kick, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The pork rice was good too, but that curry is what I'll come back for.

The soy ramen is tasty and the portion is generous. I really liked the vibe here—the wooden tables and warm lighting felt cozy, not too loud. A good spot for a casual meal.
