I really liked the old-school vibe of this place. Grabbing a freshly fried snack and eating it standing right outside the shop was a nice, simple pleasure. The staff were friendly and didn't rush me at all.

Nice quiet spot near Nara Park. Only a few seats, so it's peaceful. Perfect for a quick, light lunch. Got a simple sandwich and coffee. In and out in 30 minutes.

Great for a quick bite. Squid ink paella was solid, fresh ingredients. Service was fast, got my order in under 30 mins.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always remember me. They're just genuinely nice people. Last time my phone was about to die, and they didn't hesitate to let me plug it in. That kind of small gesture keeps me coming back.

Palme d'Or is known for its artistic French dishes and excellent service. It's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the food and the dining experience make it worth it.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch! The staff are always smiling and make you feel welcome. The all-you-can-eat roast beef is a must-try, and the overall experience was delightful.

I loved the variety of dishes available at the buffet! Each item was served on small plates, which made it easy to try a little bit of everything. The unique local dishes, like the nyuumen, were a highlight of my visit.

The tempura soba was good, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. The shrimp were plump though. It's popular, so there's a wait.

Nice quiet spot by Sarusawa Pond for a break. Ordered the matcha parfait. It was good, but honestly, a bit small for the price. I was still a little hungry after.

The duck curry rice here is so good! The raw onions and spring onions add a nice crunch. It's the kind of dish you want to share with a couple friends while you're catching up.

Been coming here for years. The matcha and rice dishes are always the same, just how I like them. It’s that consistency that keeps me coming back, feels like a proper Kyoto spot every time.

The lunch menu offers great value for the quality of food. I had the Omi beef cut steak lunch, and it was delicious and satisfying for the price.

The latte art was so pretty I had to take a picture. Banana cake was moist and not too sweet. Coffee had a nice, smooth taste. The old wooden tables and quiet music made it a really chill spot to just sit for a while.

Friendly staff, cozy spot. The food came out hot and fresh, which I really appreciate. Had the grilled fish, it was cooked just right. Portions are decent for the price around here.
