The scones had a perfect crunch, and the tea selection was spot-on. Just right for a slow afternoon.

The Sakaemachi branch is a nice spot. The sake selection is pretty good, better than some other locations I've been to. It's a decent place for a quiet drink. The service was fine, though a bit slow on a weekday evening.

Strawberry shaved ice. The mini size is huge, good for two. Liked the simple syrup, not too sweet like jam. Felt like a throwback.

The arancini and risotto croquettes were good, but the portions felt a bit small for the price.

Cozy little place. The owner is so friendly and took a moment to chat, which was a really nice touch. It made the whole lunch feel relaxed and personal. Just what I needed on a quiet afternoon.

Mapo eggplant was just right, not too spicy. Got a small draft beer with it. Quick lunch, in and out in 30 minutes. Good for a fast bite.

It's on the second floor in a tiny alley, easy to miss. Had to circle back once. But that quiet, tucked-away spot is actually nice once you're inside.

The black curry udon is their signature. Demi-glace base makes it rich, and the portion is generous.

Sitting at the counter provides a special experience, as the owners kindly share their knowledge and teach the proper way to appreciate sushi.

Nice quiet spot. Semi-basement entrance gives it a chill, authentic vibe. Just a simple place for a relaxed meal.

The owner was so nice and explained the menu in English for us! Made our girls' night feel extra welcoming.

The place feels so cozy, like a friend's living room. Warm wood, soft lighting, and those comfy booths. Just the right vibe for a long chat over some fried chicken and beer.

The chicken cutlet was juicy and the sides were a nice variety. The miso soup with tofu was a good addition to the lunch plate.

The Mandheling straight coffee was rich and balanced, a real highlight. I liked that they had different beans and brew methods to choose from. The space itself is quite cozy, with those big wooden tables that are nice to sit at for a while.
