The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when the place got busy. They took the time to walk me through the wine list, which made choosing a bottle to go with our mains much easier. Service was spot on.

The full breakfast here was spot on, exactly what you'd want. I was really pleased to see a decent selection of craft beers on tap, which paired nicely with the hearty food. If you're in Barry Island, it's worth heading over.

The new menu is a real step up. I really appreciate the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The grilled vegetables were particularly good – you could taste the quality.

Popped in for a late dinner. The grilled sea bass was spot on, and the staff suggested a lovely white wine that complemented it beautifully. The garden area is much nicer now, perfect for a relaxed evening. A solid choice for a casual meal.

First time in, and the food was just as good as everyone says. The service was really on point too. Just a heads up, they prefer cash.

The brisket melt sandwich was spot on, just like you'd get in a proper American diner. Great for sharing with friends, the portions are massive!

The staff here are always friendly and attentive. Quick to refill drinks and check on orders. Makes the after-work pint very efficient.

The mussels here are the real deal. Plump, swimming in a garlicky white wine broth that's perfect for dipping the frites. The veal cutlet is also spot on - juicy, with a crisp, golden breading. Had the French onion soup once and it was a bit salty, but when they get it right, the food is seriously good.

Quick lunch spot in Swansea. The chicken wrap was fresh and tasty. Service was speedy, got my order in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick bite between errands.

Came for the full English breakfast and it really hit the spot. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the mushrooms had a nice savoury flavour. A solid way to kick off the morning.

Nice spot for a casual drink. The house red was a solid choice with the charcuterie board. Could use a bit of music though.

Lunch menu cod and patatas bravas - such a good deal! The fish was spot on. Great for a casual catch-up with a friend, we ended up staying for another drink because the list looked so good. 😊

Been coming here for years, and the staff are always the same friendly faces. They remember my usual order, and it just feels comfortable. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Stumbled upon this place on the main street. The staff were lovely, and the food was spot on. Really enjoyed the evening. There's a free car park right across the road, which was a nice bonus.
