Got here early to beat the rush. Coffee's top notch, honestly some of the best around. Pastries looked amazing, grabbed a croissant. Quick and easy for a morning pick-me-up.

Bottomless brunch is such a good deal! Dylan kept our drinks topped up perfectly, which made it a great spot to catch up with friends.

Shared the "meal for one" with my colleague. The 1/4 duck portion was surprisingly generous for two. Good flavour, fair price. Place is very clean. Service was efficient, got us in and out for a quick business lunch.

The lentil soup was the real star for me - so thick and flavourful. The burger was solid too, but that soup on a drizzly evening was just right.

The Sunday roast is pretty good. The beef was a decent pink, and the roast potatoes were fine. The whole thing was a bit pricey for what it was, but it hit the spot.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The grilled octopus was spot on, and the staff suggested a lovely local white that paired beautifully with it. A bit on the pricey side for lunch, but the relaxed vibe made it worthwhile.

The pork and prawn siu mai were so fresh, you could taste the care in the kitchen. A lovely little bite.

Delivery was quick and the food was still warm. The vegetables tasted fresh, which I really appreciate.

Service is consistently good here. Orders arrive on time, and they sometimes include a little extra, which is a nice touch.

The best sandwich to have ever passed my lips and not to mention the sausage rolls/scotch eggs are top tier and delicious.Best service with the friendliest of faces topped with incredible coffee and even better coffee. You will not regret visiting here!

The avocado and feta sourdough was decent, but the avocado portion was a bit small. I'll probably try the desserts next time, they looked good.

Been coming here for years. The two-course set with the duck is always a solid choice. You get a good amount of food for the price, never leave hungry. It's just reliable.

The fish is fresh, cooked to order. The chips are just right. I like that you can add your own vinegar and salt at the table. Simple and good.

Pad Kee Mow was spot on, really fresh. They don't hold back on the heat though, fair warning! Had to ask for a little less spice. Staff were chill about it. Good vibe in there.

The eggs bene croissant was the standout. Perfectly runny yolk on a buttery, flaky croissant base. The hollandaise had a nice sharpness to it. The maple chai latte was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the spice blend was good.

The Cantonese dim sum here is spot on. I'm from Hong Kong and was genuinely impressed. The dumplings had that familiar, delicate flavour. The space itself is quite nice, very relaxed and open.

The fish and chips are definitely better than they were last year. Good to see they take cards now.

Popped in for a quick bite. Their steak sandwich was solid, decent portion. Saw a few dogs chilling with their owners, which was a nice vibe.

Nice little coffee shop in Helmsley. The coffee's good, and they have comfy sofas upstairs.

The staff here are really friendly and chatty. They helped me pick out a few flavors for my custom box, which was nice. Always seem happy to help.

The fish and chips were solid, really enjoyed the crispy batter. Just wish there was a bit more variety on the menu, maybe a burger or something different for a change. Felt a bit limited for choice.

Nice spot for people-watching from the first floor. Coffee was decent.

A lovely, cosy spot. The coffee was spot on, and my dish was gorgeous – a bit too much for me, honestly. Had a nice glass of red with it that worked surprisingly well.

The ribs and chicken were so good, honestly. The staff were really lovely too, which made it a great spot for a catch-up with friends. We didn't feel rushed at all.

A decent spot for a coffee in Valley Gardens. The outdoor seating is nice when the weather's fine. The latte was pretty good, though it took a little while to come out. A pleasant place to pause on a walk.

Love that they have non-dairy milk. The almond croissants were a real treat. Staff were lovely when I asked about gluten-free options, very helpful.

Stumbled upon this place in York. The soba tea was a fun surprise – it actually tasted like popcorn! The cheesecakes were lovely and light too. Staff were really helpful with the huge tea menu, took their time explaining things.

A lovely, welcoming cafe with the sweetest dog pictures on the wall.
