Tuna tataki was excellent. Salmon tartare too. Live rock music in the evenings, really fun vibe. A solid spot.

The vegetarian tasting menu was a delight. Presentation was beautiful. The wine pairing, though, really made it. Each course had a thoughtful match that brought out the subtle flavors. A bit pricey, but the experience was spot on.

A fantastic evening in a hidden gem.An adequate variety of typical pugliese dishes with a fine touch of a modern twist. Seafood, pasta and not to forget burrata and a short and well selected list of wines. All is profoundly balanced in taste and beautifully presented. No alibi salad or raw rosemary branches, only the dish and well thought through accompanying edible garnish. Our favorite: grilled pulpo bedded on a cream of lemony potatoes, fried carrots smoked burrata and finished with a herbal cream aside. Perfectly combined ingredients, technically very well performed. We also tried the incredibly juicy gilthead seebream with herbs, slowly baked in a parchment coat and grilled vegetables with fresh mint which is an amazing twist to freshen up a well known side dish.Dolci: hand made pastries and desserts + the artisanal gelato the team makes. My favourite - the heavenly soft short pastry pie with a lemon pastry cream. These local slow food places should run this world.

Been coming here for years for my morning coffee. The croissants are always so buttery and flaky, just like they were on my first visit. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The beach is spotless, sand is fine and golden. Water was clear when we were there. The on-site restaurant's food was good for the price. I had a grilled fish with a local white wine that paired nicely. A solid spot for a beach day with a decent drink.

A cozy spot with comfortable seating, perfect for a relaxed drink. Prices are very reasonable.

Espresso is clear and well-made here. Exactly how I like it. Always consistent for my quick morning stop. Gets the job done fast.

Breakfast with friends was so nice! The staff were really sweet and toasted our bread for us. Cappuccino was spot on. Perfect for a relaxed catch-up.

The bombette and lemon sausage were spot on. They paired beautifully with a glass of Primitivo from the region.

The evening calzone was the real star for me. Perfectly crisp crust, and the ricotta filling inside was just the right amount of creamy. I'd come back just for that.

The barista took real care with my cappuccino, the foam was just right. It felt like a proper pause, you know? The lighting was soft, and everyone seemed to be chatting quietly. A nice, calm corner.

Their gelato is so good, we always end up here after dinner with friends. The pistachio is my go-to, and the portions are huge, just like the photos show. Perfect spot for a sweet catch-up.

Came here for the first time for a weekend breakfast. The scrambled eggs were so creamy and light, and the sourdough toast was just right. Really enjoyed the quiet, elegant vibe in the morning.

I had a wonderful experience at this hidden gem in Corigliano d'Otranto. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the raw materials was outstanding, especially the fresh meat.

Fantastic service — they went above and beyond for us, especially our children! The local food was delicious and the wine selection was top. A great dining experience!

Service was on point again. Matilda and Francesca remembered us from last time, which was a nice touch. They suggested a wine pairing that worked well with our pasta. Only thing - got a bit busy later and they seemed stretched thin, but still managed to check in.

Very nice location, great atmosphere, a great menu with a variety of Italian and French dishes, food was very good, we had the octopus and the wine suggested by the waiter was a great match. The chef came to the table to discuss with us ! Highly recommend !

Been coming here for years, and the panzerotti are always spot on. The potato one is my go-to. It’s consistently fresh and well-made, which is what keeps me coming back. Prices are fair for what you get.

Came for the croissants again. Still warm and flaky, just the way I like them. Perfect for grabbing on the way to work. A bit crowded in the morning though.

Found this lovely spot in Cannole! The bread and pasta are so authentic, tasted just like homemade. The pizzas were great too. Perfect for a casual dinner with friends.

The kitchen handled my partner's allergies perfectly. They didn't need to modify a single course on the tasting menu. That's real skill right there.

The staff here is quite friendly. Marcello and his team made us feel welcome, like you're visiting a friend's place. The service was attentive without being overbearing. A nice spot for a relaxed meal.

Been coming here for years, always get the Pasticciotto. It's the real deal, just like you'd find down south. Pastry's flaky, the cream inside is spot on. A bit sweet for my taste sometimes, but that's how it's supposed to be. My go-to spot for a proper one.

Been coming here for years, and the seafood pasta is the reason. Always that perfect al dente bite, and the sauce tastes fresh every single time. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

The pasticciotto was huge, but the wine list really made it special.

I had a fantastic experience with the friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

Been coming here for years. Always grab a table outside when I can, just to watch the amphitheater while I eat. That view never gets old. Pasta's been consistently good, too. A solid, reliable spot.
