They had a live band playing last night. It was a nice touch, really added to the vibe. Made it feel like a proper night out, not just a quick dinner.

Took the family here for a casual dinner. The service was quick and friendly, which is a lifesaver with kids. The wine list had a decent Malbec that paired nicely with the grilled meats. A reliable spot for a low-key meal.

Pizza was spot on. Thin, crispy crust. Toppings fresh. Tried the one with nduja and honey - interesting combo, actually worked. Solid.

The squid starter was fresh and tasty, but the portion was a bit small for the price. The beef brisket main was good, but again, I was hoping for a bit more on the plate for what we paid.

Staff were so kind. Gave us a blanket for the sleeping baby. Sunday lunch was spot on. That Yorkshire pudding and the crackling? Just right.

Service was spot on. Quick, friendly, and the waiter had a bit of cheeky banter that made us laugh. Felt relaxed the whole time.

The summer feast for two was a solid choice. Everything arrived steaming hot, which I always appreciate. The grilled prawns were spot on. Our waitress, Amy, was really on the ball and made sure we had everything we needed.

Thai Red Mullet was fresh and well-prepared. The 1950s-80s decor is a nice touch. Service was efficient, which I appreciate for a business lunch. A bit on the pricey side, but the location is convenient.

The special trio was a smart choice - six curries in one go. Really liked the lamb rogan josh, the sauce had depth. The waiter knew his stuff, explained each dish without rushing us. A solid way to try a bit of everything.

Breakfast downstairs had a lot to choose from. I went for the full Cornish breakfast and it was just right, especially the poached eggs on my toast. Really hit the spot.

Lovely spot tucked away in a quiet, green area. Just the right kind of place to switch off for a bit.

Came for the steak, and it was cooked just right. The linguine was rich and flavourful too. Portions were generous, especially for the price. Left feeling very satisfied with what we paid for.

Found this spot in Lostwithiel. The fish and chips were spot on, really fresh. But the real star was the beer list – tried a local pale ale that went brilliantly with the meal. Just a shame the dining area felt a bit cramped when it got busy.

Been coming here for years. The outdoor bit is my go-to when the sun's out. Just a solid, comfortable spot to unwind. They've kept it nice and consistent, which is what keeps me coming back.

The nachos were fantastic - more like toasted fajitas that held everything perfectly. Great crunch, paired nicely with a local ale.

Great selection of games downstairs. The pinball machine is a classic, and they had a decent local ale on tap that went down nicely with the vibe.

Garlic chilli chicken with coconut rice is a solid choice. Quick service, got my order in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a lunch break. The curry had a nice kick to it.

The pan-fried salmon was lovely, and the steak looked good too. But what really stood out was the vibe here. The lighting is soft, the chairs are actually comfortable, and the whole place just feels relaxed. A really nice spot in Falmouth.

Lovely little spot! We were a group of three and left stuffed and smiling. The service was friendly and the food hit the mark – especially that mushroom risotto, so creamy and rich. We'll be back for sure.

Been coming here for years, their Sunday roast is the real deal. The beef was so tender it just fell apart. Roasties and veg spot on as always. Nice they let us bring the dog in too, makes it easy.

Stayed here for a few nights. The rooms are simple but clean. I really appreciated the pub downstairs—the salads were fresh and crisp, with a good variety of greens. Nice to have a healthy option so readily available. The weekend music was a bit loud for an early night, though.

Love the open kitchen here! It's so cool to watch the chefs work up close. My pasta came out super fast even though the place was packed.

Friendly staff, they helped us pick. Food was really good, and honestly the best prices I've seen around Newquay. Just what you want after a long beach day.

Staff were so friendly, made us feel right at home. The vibe was just really pleasant and relaxed. A nice surprise for a random Tuesday night out.

Been coming here for years. Their full English is spot on, the bacon's always crispy just how I like it. Not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for.

Food was spot on for a quiet Monday. The owner even chatted about growing chillies, which was a nice touch.

Busy lunchtime but the staff were still cheerful. The seafood feast looked stunning, tasted even better. Had the grilled scallops and they were spot on.
