I had a fantastic dinner at Rosaelia. The food was fresh local and delicious. The service is excellent. They&rsquo;re relatively new to the Fork and don&rsquo;t have enough reviews yet, but hopefully this will soon change as you can&rsquo;t go wrong here!

Ahmed and Amit really knew their stuff. I was trying this place for the first time and felt a bit lost with the menu. They suggested a specific cut of lamb and a wine to go with it&mdash;spot on. Made the whole dinner easy and enjoyable.

An easy to negotiate menu with good fresh choices. Beautifully presented, served with a smile in a warm and welcoming yet simply elegant restaurant. A great evening all round. Thx.

The staff took time to explain how they make the gelato from scratch. Really interesting to hear about the process. It&#39;s not something you get with every dessert.

So nice to find a brunch spot with great egg dishes ! The swing seats add a touch of whimsy and the coffee choices are exceptional. There needs to be more of these in Palermo.

Found this place tucked away in a quieter street. The pasta alla carbonara was the real deal &mdash; creamy, with just the right amount of guanciale. Felt like a proper local spot, not a tourist trap. Prices were fair, too.

The Sicilian brioche with gelato was my first time trying it. It&#39;s warm and fluffy, and the cold gelato just melts right in. A really nice combo! The coffee was good too.

Diego and his wife were very kind hosts. The food was pretty good, simple and home-cooked. A nice, quiet spot for a relaxed dinner. The pasta was decent, though the sauce could have used a bit more seasoning.

The naturally leavened bread is fantastic. So fresh and a great price point.

We visited this restaurant on a cold and rainy night in Palermo and was instantly cheered by the warm welcome from our waitress. The food was exceptional.  A delicious pizza with greens and cured ham and fried calamari with a yoghurt sauce.  Simple food, prepared to the highest standard.  We shared a cheesecake and drank their house wine.  Everything was perfect and just what we needed.  Do try it.

The appetizer (caprese salad) took a while, the mozzarella was very fresh. The risotto with seafood was ok. The seafood was very limited to small pieces (shrimp was tiny) but it tasted good.
