Been coming here for years and it still holds up. The breakfast platter is solid - good meats, homemade jam, coffee done right. Owner came by our table herself, which felt personal without being pushy. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing: we waited a bit for the bill. Fine by me, no rush.

Solid German food right in Deggendorf's center. Had the pork with dumplings, portion was big enough that I skipped dessert. Place was busy for a Tuesday night, which says something. Service kept it simple, no fuss, just got the job done. Not fancy, but you know what you're getting. Fine if you want a proper meal without overthinking it.

Service was friendly and attentive, exactly what I needed after a long day. Our server checked in just the right amount. Felt well looked after without being hovered over.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a drink. Pizza was decent, crust had a nice chew. Place is lively, maybe a bit loud for my taste, but the staff were friendly enough. Good spot if you're in the area and want something casual.

Been coming here for years. Coffee's consistent and the staff actually remember what I order. Bowls are a bit pricey but they fill you up. Good spot if you're in the area.

The terrace by the pond is lovely, and the menu felt thoughtfully put together. Service was a bit slow though.

Nice little spot. Waffles and cake were solid, prices fair. Service was quick enough. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The Caesar salad here really stood out. Chicken was fresh, mushrooms added something nice. I’m picky about greens, but these were crisp, not wilted. Dressing was light, not drowning everything. Just a solid, fresh salad—hard to find sometimes. I’d come back for that alone.

Decent little place for tapas and salads. Got the mixed plate and it was fresh, came out fast. Staff was friendly enough. Portions are on the smaller side, but fine for a light lunch. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area.

Been coming here for a while now. Still my go-to spot for a quiet beer when I need a break. Good enough to keep me coming back.

The schnitzel was spot on. Crispy, not greasy, and the potato salad had that proper tang. Portion was generous too. Didn't need to order anything else. Just wish they'd had more of the mustard sauce left. That was the one letdown.
