Our waiter, a Croat whose name I have forgotten, was absolutely wonderful. He moved us to an outside table in the shade and with a view of the harbor and hills when one became available. And he engaged us in friendly conversation. Beyond that, the food was excellent, particularly the mixed seafood risotto (requires two people to order). I&#39;d happily return again and again just to have the risotto and some sparkling water (although the suggested wine was very good and not overcharged). Inside is nice but could get a bit noisy when there is a group having lunch.

Been coming here for years, and the frico is still my go-to. They keep it simple, just potatoes and cheese done right. It&#39;s that kind of reliable, no-fuss bite I keep coming back for.

We were there on New Year&rsquo;s Eve.  The food and wine and service was great.  The only issue is that we didn&rsquo;t realize how long the entire dinner would take.  We got there at 9pm and hoped to be done by 11-11:30pm at the latest.  We had to leave without getting our desert and champagne because we wanted to see the fireworks and the countdown from Piazza L&rsquo;Unita before 12pm.  It was my fault for not asking how long we would be there.  We love the restaurant, have been there before, and will continue to go again.  Happy New Year!

Stumbled upon this spot a while ago. I keep returning for their pizza&mdash;the crust is always perfectly crisp, and you can really taste the freshness of the tomato base. It&rsquo;s a nice, simple option for a weeknight.

Meat lover&#39;s dream. The sausages had a perfect snap, and the pork was juicy. Busy night but the staff kept things moving. Glad we found this spot away from the main drag.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink. The view is lovely. Their house prosecco was a pleasant surprise &ndash; crisp and not too sweet, a solid choice for the price. Made for a relaxing hour just watching the street.
