The swordfish was cooked perfectly and the portion was huge. The bartender was slammed, but the food made up for the wait.

The crab cakes were the highlight for me. They tasted so fresh, you could really tell the crab was high quality. The portion was generous too. I just wish there was a lighter side option to go with them, maybe a simple green salad.

Lobster roll was pretty good. Asked for no celery and they got it right. Not the best I’ve had, but it hit the spot on a lazy afternoon.

Been coming here for years. The lobster Rangoon is still the one thing I always order. It’s just consistently good. The presentation is always on point, which I appreciate. That’s really what keeps me coming back.

Janette at the bar is fantastic. She really knows her ingredients and makes a mean mocktail with fresh herbs.

The cinnamon French toast with caramelized bananas is so good for sharing with friends! Portions are huge, so definitely come hungry.

Been coming here for years, and the calamari is always this good. Fresh, tender, melts in your mouth every single time. That's why I keep coming back.

Nice spot by the Tennis Hall of Fame. The fish and chips were really good, and the gin cocktail was strong. Service was a little slow on refills.

The oysters were so fresh and the lobster was super tender. We grabbed a table outside and ended up staying for hours just chatting. It's that kind of place.

Been coming here for years. They always remember to bring a water bowl for my dog without me asking.

Been coming here for years, and the sausage rolls are still the reason. That light, flaky pastry is just right every single time. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

Decent breakfast spot. The steak and eggs came with a pretty good 6oz ribeye, and the portions are generous. You definitely won't leave hungry. A solid choice for a filling meal.

Been coming here for years. What keeps me coming back is the beer selection. They always have something new on tap, and the staff knows their stuff. It's my go-to spot in Newport when I just want a good, interesting pint.

Solid spot for a business lunch. The burgers have good flavor, though mine was a touch overdone. The back patio is a nice plus for decent weather. Parking is easy, which is key for a quick in-and-out.

The breakfast service was quick, which was nice. I really appreciated how clean everything was - the tables, the floors, even the condiment area. It felt very hygienic and made for a pleasant, worry-free morning. The food itself was good, simple and fresh.

The servers here are so sweet. Celso and Diane were checking on us just enough, never hovering. It felt really nice, like they actually wanted us to have a good time.

Stopped by for lunch. Chicken parm was solid, the scrod too. Staff was chill. Place has that old-school feel, kinda cool.

The fish and chips were huge. Cod was flaky, batter was super light and crispy. Not greasy, which is a win. Couldn't finish it all. Solid choice.

The clam cakes were really nice, puffy and soft. I also had the Rhode Island clam chowder. It was tasty, but I thought it had quite a lot of potatoes in it. A decent lunch overall.

The grilled swordfish here is always spot on. Perfect for a quick bite before your flight, since it's right across from the airport.

A decent spot for lunch on Hope Street. The outdoor seating was pleasant. Food came out quickly and tasted fine. The sandwich was a bit on the small side, but it hit the spot.

The shrimp cocktail and smoked haddock croquettes were solid starters. My duck was cooked well, and the ribeye was a good portion for the price. The sticky toffee pudding was a nice finish. Service was efficient, which I appreciate on a business dinner.

The dry-aged ribeye was cooked just right. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were a great pick.

The mussels here are fantastic, especially the white wine garlic style. I tried the truffle burger without the bun and it was still incredible. The place has a real New England vibe.

Ariana at the bar really knows her stuff. Had a great chat about the wine list, and her Old Fashioned was spot on. She’s got that perfect mix of being there when you need her without hovering. A real pro.

Found this spot on a whim. Lobster was fresh and the price was right. Their house white wine was a surprisingly good match for it. Service was friendly, no complaints.

They squeezed us in for a birthday lunch, which was nice. Space is definitely tight, but they handled the group okay. Got the food out fast, which was key for a quick midday thing.

Easy walk from downtown, valet parking is a plus. Had the grilled octopus and a glass of house red. Octopus was tender, well-seasoned. Service was efficient, got the check quickly when asked. Solid spot for a business dinner.

Been coming here for years. I always ask for the patio table in the corner. The clam cakes are exactly how I remember them from my first visit—crispy outside, fluffy inside. That consistency keeps me coming back.

The old bank vault behind the bar is such a neat detail. It gives the whole place a really unique, classy feel. I found it made the atmosphere more relaxed and interesting.
