The garden seating is nice when it&#39;s warm out. Had the schnitzel, pretty solid. Portion was decent for the price.

The salmon with saffron rice was really good&mdash;flaky and fresh. Sat on the terrace with a proper beach chair, which made the whole thing feel more relaxed. Staff were friendly and helped us pick a wine. It&rsquo;s not cheap though, so don&rsquo;t come expecting a budget meal. But for the quality and the view, I&rsquo;d say it&rsquo;s fine.

The owner still remembers us every summer on R&uuml;gen&mdash;ice cream&rsquo;s as good as ever. A proper holiday stop.

Location works well for the St&ouml;rtebeker Festival, bus ride is short. Campsite itself is small, quiet. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy but did the job. Fine for a few nights if you&#39;re there for the shows.
