The goulash soup was spot on—rich, hearty, exactly what I needed. Draft beer paired well with it too. Portions are generous, service quick. Only wish they had one more wine option by the glass.

We've been coming here for years, mostly for the Kaiserschmarrn. It's fluffy, not too sweet, and big enough to share. The roast pork is solid too, crispy skin and all. Service is always friendly, even when the place is packed. The view from the beer garden is the real draw though. Just make sure you book a table on weekends, or you'll be waiting a while.

Lovely little alpine hut with a proper view. The plum cake was really good and the place felt cozy enough to just sit for a while. Nice spot to catch your breath before the way back down.

Stopped here after a hike and grabbed a table outside. The view of the Alps foothills is really something. I had the schnitzel—pretty solid, not greasy. They brought out blankets when it got breezy, which I appreciated. Just wish the salad had a bit more dressing. But overall a nice spot to rest and eat.

The Chiemgau Card came in handy for a few discounted activities around the area. Nice little bonus, honestly. Weather was great, views were solid, and the food hit the spot everywhere we stopped. Nothing fancy, just good and straightforward. Maybe a bit busy at some spots, but that’s expected.

Been coming here for a while now, and the fish is still the reason I keep showing up. Cooked right every single time. Staff knows their stuff about gluten-free too, which helps since I have to watch that. Place gets busy, but they handle it fine. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Came for the pork knuckle, left impressed. Crackling was properly crispy, meat tender. The beer sauce is the real deal—could've eaten it with a spoon. Place gets busy, so booking ahead makes sense. Fair price for what you get.

Nice modern Alpine vibe, cozy but still stylish. Food was fresh and tasty, really well done. Free parking helped a lot. Staff friendly, though service slowed down a bit when it got busy.

Great service, wonderful food and a lovely and cool atmosphere. Had a great evening and can absolutely recommend this is you are looking for a calm place with great food.

Loved the modern take on Austrian classics—the Wiener schnitzel was spot on. Cash only caught me off guard, but honestly added to the rustic charm. Would come back for the vibe alone.

Solid food, good wine. Zoltan knew his stuff, picked a nice bottle for us. Service was personal without being pushy. Made the whole dinner feel a bit more special than your average place. Maybe a bit pricey at the end, but you pay for that kind of attention.

Came here with my sister who’s super picky about gluten-free stuff. She actually felt safe eating the pizza crust, which never happens. Mine was solid too, and the bill didn’t hurt. Place was a bit busy but fine for a casual catch-up. 😊

The chef's four-course menu was pretty good—each dish felt considered, and the pacing was spot on. House beer was a nice surprise too.

The owner and staff were friendly, made the whole thing easy. Mykonos Special was solid, definitely the highlight. Good spot if you want a low-key dinner without any fuss.

The 4-course menu was thoughtfully put together, each plate felt intentional. Staff knew their stuff and adapted the menu without fuss. The view of Watzmann from the table—that alone made it worth sitting longer. Just wish the pacing between courses had been a bit quicker, but the setting kept me patient.

The guest chef residency menu was beautifully executed, and the non-alcoholic pairings surprised me—well thought out. I stuck with a glass of Grüner Veltliner, which worked nicely with the fish course. Service was friendly, though pacing felt slightly slow.

The truffle gnocchi was really good, and the butternut squash ravioli too. Prices felt fair for what you get. Cozy little place, I'd go back.

Bernie and Kathrin really know how to run a place. Stopped in for a drink and ended up staying way longer than planned. Great little spot in Kitzbühel.

The Kasspresknodel was really good—nicely browned outside, creamy inside. Chicken salad was fresh, light dressing, not overdressed. Sat outside, which was lovely. Only thing, service took a bit to get the bill, but the food made up for it.

Been coming here for years now. The goulash is still as good as the first time I tried it - rich, hearty, proper Austrian comfort food. Wiener schnitzel was solid too, nice and crispy. Portions are generous, always leave full. Place gets busy but that's a good sign. Consistent quality keeps me coming back.

The spinach-cheese ball was honestly the highlight—so good we almost ordered another round. We went on a Friday night with a few friends, and the vibe was perfect for just hanging out and chatting. Service was a bit slow, but nobody really minded since we weren't in a rush. Would come back for sure. 😊

Lovely old building with so much character, and the garden is really pretty. Breakfast had plenty of options. Just note there’s no lift—top floor means stairs, so ask for a lower room if that’s an issue.

The filet mignon was spot on again — tender, cooked just right. Still love that bread with the two spreads. Place stays clean and the staff remembers you.

The char sashimi was really delicate, and the baked veal sweetbreads came out just right. Owner stopped by our table for a quick check, which felt genuine, not forced. Place was quiet enough to actually talk. Wouldn't mind going back for that char alone.
