The French toast was moist and not too sweet. They had a nice house red that went well with it.

I was dining alone and the counter seat was perfect for that. They even have a special menu just for solo diners, which I really appreciated. The non-alcoholic options were also quite nice. A very comfortable spot for a quiet meal.

I was impressed by the quality of the Shimane Wagyu beef; it was perfectly cooked and paired wonderfully with the mustard sauce.
