The afternoon tea was lovely - six cakes and scones, plus unlimited tea. The space is really nice, feels airy and bright. Just a bit too warm inside for my liking.

Perfect spot to bring your pup! The staff gave my dog a treat and were so nice. Great for meeting up with friends who have dogs too.

Stumbled upon this place and had to try their beans on toast. They're not stingy with the beans at all, which I love. Just a shame you can't pick your bread – got white, but would've preferred sourdough. Still, a solid find.

Cosy spot with a great breakfast. The staff were lovely and helped me pick a nice coffee to go with my eggs.

Four visits now and the food's always spot on. Hot, looks good on the plate. The full menu with proper veg is a winner. Owner's lovely. Keeps us coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes and the high standard of wines and spirits. The staff made my family feel special, and the live entertainment added a lovely touch to our dining experience.

The steak was cooked just right, and the staff were really friendly. A nice evening out.

Cosy pub with a nice fire. Had the Sunday roast, the portion was huge for the price. Couldn't finish it all, took leftovers home. Good for a filling meal.

Love the old-school pub vibe here. Perfect for catching up with friends over a pint. The building has so much character!

Great spot with a split personality. Downstairs is a proper dining room, upstairs has a proper bar vibe. The music was just right – loud enough to feel it, but you could still talk. My negroni was spot on, a perfect sharpener before dinner.

Menu had a few veggie choices for each course, which was nice for our table. The portions were decent for the price, honestly. I got the mushroom pasta and it was a proper plateful, not one of those tiny fancy servings. Felt like you got what you paid for.

Came here for New Year's Eve, what a find. The staff were really attentive, but never hovering. The whole meal just flowed nicely. Food was spot on.

Found this little spot with friends. The prawns were so good we ordered a second plate! Duck was tasty too, but honestly, just kept talking and snacking on those prawns all night. Perfect for a casual catch-up.

Stopped in after a walk with the dog. The cheesecake croissant was the highlight—flaky pastry, not too sweet filling. They brought a little bowl of water and a treat for him, which was thoughtful. Flat white was decent. Nice little spot.

The vegan fish and chips had such fresh, crisp batter.

Tried their Sunday roast after noticing the refurb. Busy but got a table. Becka was helpful. The roast beef was spot on, proper generous portion. Halloumi starter was decent too.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. The fireplace is a great touch, makes it feel cosy. Food came out fast, which is what I needed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good for a quick bite when you're in a rush.
