The Village Cheese Platter was huge and fresh, which I loved. The hummus was creamy and the green beans were crispy without feeling heavy or oily. Really appreciated the quality of the ingredients here.

Loved watching the chefs from the bar seat. The short ribs were so tender.

Always a clean spot. The self-checkout screens are super easy to use, makes it simple to get your burger just the way you want it. Quick and no fuss.

I always stop by when I'm on Whidbey for work. The view of the water from the tables is really nice. We had the 16-inch Village Special pizza—the crust was crisp and the toppings were fresh, pretty good. It's a decent spot for a relaxed meal.

Been coming here for years. The Bloomin' Onion is the reason. It's always crispy, never greasy, and the petals tear off clean every single time. Just a solid, reliable starter.

Love the old-school diner vibe here! It feels genuine and cozy, a real change from those sleek, modern spots. Perfect for a relaxed breakfast.

This place is my Greek food fix on the east side. The gyro was solid—really well-seasoned meat and fresh toppings. The Greek fries with feta are the move, honestly.

That mushroom pasta was a real winner. We added shrimp and chicken, and the creamy truffle sauce wasn't too heavy at all. Pasta had a nice bite to it. Really hit the spot.

Cozy spot, feels like home. They really nailed the decor, it's so warm and inviting. Makes for a really nice, relaxed meal.

The Kirkland Roll was a nice change. Cucumber on the outside gave it a really fresh crunch, not heavy like some places. I liked that the menu had more classic rolls, too. A solid spot for straightforward sushi.

The pad see ew here is solid, generous portion too. I always end up with leftovers for lunch the next day. Their massaman curry has that slow-cooked depth, really hits the spot when you're craving something hearty.

The rose petal gelato was the star for me. It had this subtle, floral taste that was just right, not too sweet. Perfect for a hot day. The line was long but moved fast, so that was a plus.

The halibut was cooked just right, flaky and moist. The lobster roll was packed, no skimping there. You can tell the kitchen has their act together. A solid meal.

As a Detroit native, I finally found a proper Detroit-style pie in Seattle. That thick, crispy edge is exactly right. The cheese caramelizes perfectly. It’s the real deal.

The pumpkin pancakes are the reason I keep coming back. So fluffy, and the spice level is just right. That's the only thing I ever order here.

Been coming here for years. Mohan always remembers us, makes it feel like home. Food's solid, never disappoints.

The breakfast sandwich was tasty, and I appreciate that they offer freshly roasted coffee beans for purchase. Nice to see the focus on quality ingredients.

The $5 macaron and bubbles special is such a fun little treat! Perfect for catching up with a friend without spending a fortune. The macaron was delicious, and it just feels like a cute, affordable indulgence.

The Panang Curry is a great lunch option. It's rich and the portion is generous. The booth seating was comfortable and made for a relaxed meal.

Solid spot for a group dinner. Ordered sushi rolls, yakisoba, gyoza, teriyaki chicken for seven people. All dishes were good.

Came with a big group last Friday. The staff handled our table really well, didn't feel rushed at all. The half-bottle wine options were a nice touch, let us try a couple different ones. Food was solid.

Sushi's always fresh here, rolls are tight and neat. I like watching the chefs work in the open kitchen. The whole place just feels clean and organized, which I notice. A solid spot for reliable fish.

I stopped by for a light bite and a cocktail. The truffle Cajun tots really stood out—you could taste the fresh truffle and the potatoes were perfectly crispy. A nice spot for a simple, quality snack.

The spinach feta quiche was really good, and I enjoyed the chai tea latte. The booths are comfortable and spaced out nicely, which made for a relaxing lunch.

This spot is under new management and wow, what a difference. The steak was the star for me — so fresh and tender, cooked just right. A solid upgrade.

The light rail makes it so easy to get here now. I love how the evening light comes through the big windows by the tracks. Just a nice, simple place for dinner.

Been coming here for years, it's my neighborhood sushi spot. The omakase is always solid, and the staff remembers my usual order. Yeah, it's a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

Becky and the team always make you feel welcome. Been coming for years, and that's what keeps me coming back.
